On Friday April 7th, I called the customer service number and asked them to block one of the debit cards when I noticed it wasn't in my wallet!! They promised me it was blocked. Then on Monday April 10th, guess what?! All of my money was stolen out of my account! There were 8 transactions that I didn't make! I explained to them that I was told it was blocked but whomever I talked to, didn't do his job. Now my kids and I have to suffer and wait 8 days to get the money back! This is ridiculous. They have awful customer service!!

I have been thanking there for over 30 years. They treat me like I'm a total stranger there. Customer service people are very rude online. I do not go into the banking facility, even though they told me I have to to reset my password. Seriously? Please join the new millennium Fifth Third.

Went to the bank Jan 14,2023 at about 9:05 am. Waited to talk to someone about a personal banking matter, two ladies at the desk, no one in their chair, but they both are on the phone. The lady to the far left, I spoke to in the past and wish I hadn't, so I didn't want to speak to her again. Another customer walk in she freed from the phone and ask to help one of us, I told the gentleman he can go ahead of me I would wait on the other lady. I stood up, she acknowledge that I was waiting for her while she remain on the phone. So I wait. Another customer with her elderly mother walk in and go right to the ladies desk and sit down. She wait on them. I got up and proceeded to walk out, now the banker is calling out to me "Ms Ms" I waved my hand and walked out! So DAMED unprofessional!! I went to another branch on cermak & Harlem, worse customer service!! My banking needs still in resolved!! I'm speechless!! If I didn't have so much going on with this bank, I would close my accounts IMMEDIATELY!! I am so disappointed right now, I left in tears!!

Fix your clock outside. Everyday I pass by 290 expressway and your clock is broken … it’s distracting and disturbing! I loved it when it worked and will help me get to work on time

I cant even call this place a bank. No bankers, manager is not every available and constantly says I can call you back. No one can ever help or service my accounts. Stuck with it long enough am finally closing out my accounts due to lack of customer service. No one at this bank cares or has the ability to help out with anything other then read a prompt off the screen.

I came in this bank on Monday March 28 with a cashiers check from Liberty bank on Roosevelt in forest park. The lady yesterday told me it wouldn’t clear till April 6. I was under the assumption a cashiers check was as good as cash and would only require a call to the bank to verify. Can someone please tell why this bank is the only bank that whole a check that many days and it was issued by a bank and it’s not a personal check. This is very confusing and I went over the bank policy. Nothing in it said a cashiers check should take that long.

Whether you go in the middle of the day on a weekday, 2 hours before closing on a weekday or on a Saturday, you'll be waiting FOREVER because the Oak Park branch at Oak Park and Harrison doesn't staff up. It's always one teller. Period. There could be four people standing in line (like today) and you will wait 10-15 minutes, minimum. And if you need a personal banker, don't bother trying to talk to one without an appointment. You will get ZERO help. You'll be told you should make an appointment. Are there any other personal bankers working who can help? Nope - just one and she has an appointment, so you will wait even longer only to be turned away. It's a wonder this place manages to stay open. Stay away!!!

I wish I could give them NO stars! The Oak ParkBranch is terrible. If you need banking service drive to the Berwyn branch. The Oak Park team is very unfriendly unhelpful unprofessional. They make mistakes all mortgage paperwork, don’t care,,, . The don’t to help at all. Take my advice go see Paul in Berwyn.

I'd give zero stars if I could. This is by far the WORST bank I've ever used. Their customer service is non existent. Whenever I have to call, and it's usually because of their error, Right now, I'm on hold for over 50 minutes. Is that acceptable in anyone's world? Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere.
