“I was never someone who enjoyed fitness—in fact, even walking up a flight of stairs would leave me winded. But OrangeTheory completely changed that for me. It’s the only workout program that’s kept me motivated, consistent, and actually excited to show up.

Coach Hector is phenomenal. His energy is contagious, and his encouragement pushes you to go further than you thought possible. Walking into one of his classes is truly an experience—there’s a vibe that lifts you the moment you step in.

Coach Kaci is equally incredible. Her passion for what she does shines through every class. She’s always supportive, attentive, and ensures you’re doing the exercises safely and effectively.

The workouts deliver real results, but what sets OrangeTheory apart is the amazing community. You’re not just joining a gym—you’re meeting inspiring coaches and connecting with new friends who cheer you on every step of the way.”

“SPENGA Oak Park is great. All the equipment I need, dedicated bars and platforms for deadlifting. You definitely can't say that about the other 24hr gyms in the area. I highly recommend them.”

“I exclusively use the tennis part of this establishment! I attend tennis classes and I find them to be very useful and my skill is improving significantly. Prices are the downside - expensive but generally worth the money.”

“Pretty solid gym, lots of room to try all the machines. The team there has been friendly to me. I think it’s important to be graceful to them because it’s a small staff. Only thing to note is, the cleaning could be a bit improved, I say that graciously. Anyway the smoothie bar is cool and the calisthenics space is always available.”

“Justin is an amazing trainer, I’ve done 1-1 Pilates in the past with him which I loved and now strength training. I’ve had injuries in the past so was hesitant but everything is uniquely customized to you and your abilities to push you out of your comfort zone safely. The staff is all super friendly. The only complaint is the hours of the gym itself especially for the price of membership being $129/mo, you would think it would be 24Hr.”
