“Everyday low prices on fine men's suits! Terrific service to help you pick the perfect one, and there's even an in-house tailor to alter your new suit for the perfect fit. AFTA visits regularly to do shaatnez checking for those religious customers who need it; ask your salesperson for details and costs. They also sell ties, shirts, socks and other accessories to go with the suits. They have a rack of shirts that are laundered regularly so you can try shirts on to find your best fit and get a feel for what a shirt will feel and look like after it's been washed a few times. This is the only place I go for dress clothes.”
“Great staff super helpful. They also have a dope selection of local decks and clothes. I bought a board for my son and also snagged him some cool shirts and stickers. Definitely will be back for some more gear and clothes.”

Jake does an excellent job of walking through the ins and outs of a custom suit, and provides helpful recommendations of styling and fabrics while still giving you the freedom to make it your own. Have had a great experience throughout the process with Jake at the helm.”

“Recently stopped by Bonobos Chicago location on Southport Ave.
I met Meagan, the sales lead, who helped with my selections. This was my first purchase at Bonobos, but was a bit familiar with the products as I have visited the shop with a friend. To be honest, I was out and about to buy a outfit for my 3 week old granddaughter, which I did acomplish. I noticed the store was across the street, so decided to stop in. I immediately saw a new coat which I needed to have, and with Meagan's help and another associate, I took advantage of the 30 off sale and bought the coat, 3 pairs of pants and a sweater. I had them delivered to the store, and upon picking them up, saw Maegan again and decided to buy 3 shirts. I love the fit and the customer service is 5 star. I enjoyed interacting with the crew. It was a pleasant experience, and I will definitely be back again. Don M”

“Got in touch with Vicegerent in need of a custom shirt for a tuxedo. I was not expecting much since my trip to Cairo was less than 9 days away. I shared my story with Osman. It is one of my dear friend’s weddings, and I wanted to show up looking as good as possible. Osman took my measurements and got the shirt ready in 1 week! The fit was perfect, the feel is incredible, and I got my initials on the sleeve. The hospitality was 10/10. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Coming back for a suit in the fall. “I visited this store a couple of months ago and was really impressed with their huge selection of western wear. We ended up buying two pairs of boots and two hats so many great options to choose from!
After our trip, my boyfriend noticed a manufacturer defect in his boots. I brought them back to the store, and the management team handled the situation quickly and professionally. They truly went above and beyond to make things right.

“I was very pleased how they handled a big order for me. I had to return 10 pairs of pants and used a lot of my Carhartt points and they helped me not loose those points and was able to use them on a different online order. Also provided me with next day shipping. Also had pair of bibbs where a button came off on the side for the waist and without any hesitation the manager told me to come in and swap them out with a newer pair. It’s good to have a location that wants to help and do the best they can. Again thank you to the Wicker Park location for handling everything with patients and kindness. ??”
“Great spot to get any last minute outfits. Huge selection of clothing and footwear. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I've been shopping here for 20 years. They are one of the few remaining mom and pop variety spots around. Check it out I'm sure you will find something for everyone. Parking can be scarce.”
