“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Smart Choice Suits, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience. I needed a gold-colored dress shirt for a wedding I was invited to last minute and decided to call ahead. Shanks answered the phone and assured me they had plenty in stock.
Upon arriving, I was warmly welcomed by everyone at the store. The customer service was exceptional. Shanks had my dress shirt ready, complete with a matching tie. I also realized I might need socks, and Shanks picked out the perfect pair. The socks were so good that I decided to get some shoes as well, as the ones he suggested looked fantastic with my outfit.
After I paid for everything, I had some time before my Uber arrived. Shanks gave me a tour of the store, and we had a great conversation about different styles and fashion trends. It was an AWESOME experience!
This was 11/10 customer service, and I highly recommend visiting Smart Choice Suits.
They will go above and beyond to ensure you find exactly what you need!”

“It's always a good experience at Independence. Really high-quality goods. I will say that as a tall guy, it can be challenging to find clothing that fits me correctly. But they have a few brands I really love, like Dehen 1920, which I actually discovered at this store. Prices are appropriate for what you get, and the sales are always excellent. “The staff at this location are really patient, helpful, and nice. But I feel like there could be more product variety here. The location by the hip mall on harlem has so much more product variety. Great staff, just want more variety without having to go far.”
