I told her my preferences and she pulled a great selection of jeans for me to try on. She was super friendly and helpful and I found 2 pairs of perfect jeans (and some other cute clothing items as well). This store has an excellent selection and I will definitely be back! I met Meagan, the sales lead, who helped with my selections. This was my first purchase at Bonobos, but was a bit familiar with the products as I have visited the shop with a friend. To be honest, I was out and about to buy a outfit for my 3 week old granddaughter, which I did acomplish. I noticed the store was across the street, so decided to stop in. I immediately saw a new coat which I needed to have, and with Meagan's help and another associate, I took advantage of the 30 off sale and bought the coat, 3 pairs of pants and a sweater. I had them delivered to the store, and upon picking them up, saw Maegan again and decided to buy 3 shirts. I love the fit and the customer service is 5 star. I enjoyed interacting with the crew. It was a pleasant experience, and I will definitely be back again. Don M”

“If we could give 10 stars we would!!!! Forever thankful for Sean (and a special shout out for it only being his second day on the job), Flora and Blake who truly saved the day. Nothing like your fiancé forgetting to pick up his wedding suit, remembering at 708pm while we’re at our dinner the night before, suit supply closing at 7pm and not opening until 11am the next day, and our wedding at 1030am the next morning. We Ubered to Suit Supply and arrived at 730pm, 30 min after closing. Sean was leaving for the day and when he saw us, him Flora and Blake agreed to let us in to get the suit in time for the wedding. Flora even made him try it on again to make sure it fit perfectly before they let us leave. Honestly 12/10 customer service, forever grateful!!!!! And of course, great suit as always, thanks to Levi who originally sorted out the (also last minute) alterations!”

“Vans corporate has kneecapped the physical Vans store experience. There used to be 3 or 4 Vans stores in downtown Chicago and now there's 1 mediocre one. There are for the most part better deals on Vans' own website than in-store. If you know your shoe size and know you want Authentics or Old-Skools then there's really not a great reason to ever visit.
The only upside is Vans' website sucks so if your device freezes up every time you use it you might be able to go in store and find what you're looking for.
Sales associates walk around and are eager to help, A+ to them.
Vans is unfortunately a shell of their former selves after a series of poor corporate decisions. Which is unfortunately I and many people I know grew up with the brand.”
