“My first experience with Scratch 'N Sniff was in 2005. We were visiting the area and were so excited to stumble on them. We bought gourmet dog biscuits to take back to our pups. We were so excited to bring something home for them from our trip. Fast forward over 20 years later and I feel as excited walking in there today as I did then. It's a really unique shop. While it's geared towards pets, it's part human gift shop and part pet luxury. There's truly something for everyone. Stop in. You won't regret it.”

“I have been to many vets all around the Chicago area for my dogs and cats, and I trust none of them on the level I trust Mayfair Animal Clinic. The quality of care, affordability, and transparency are a cut above the rest. This isn't a corporate vet, this is a warm, family run business. I have had fantastic experiences with Dr. Paul and Dr. Elizabeth. All the vet techs and receptionist are kind, friendly and willing to answer any questions they can. The veterinary work Dr. Paul specifically has done has visibly and dramatically improved the lives of my pets. I could not recommend a vet more.”

The staff are all incredible and know every dog by name, they’re reasonably priced for the area, and there’s ample street parking in front of their location so drop offs are easy.”

“I had a really good experience at this pet supplies store. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to walk through. They had a wide selection of food, toys, grooming supplies, and accessories, including options for different types of pets. The staff were friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable, and there were some good deals available compared to other stores. Checkout was quick and smooth. I want to compliment the store manager, though busy, he is always quick to assist his staff when they needed him. The cashier who assisted me needed the manager, the manager was quick to come and see what the cashier needed help with, very efficient.”

Genuinely so thankful for urban mutt and their employees!”

And it’s no coincidence… the care she receives here is amazing. They always treat her with so much love, patience, and professionalism. You can truly tell they love what they do, and that makes all the difference. Every time she leaves, she’s not only looking beautiful, but also happy ❤️ Thank you for taking such great care of Puchy — 100% recommended! ?✨”
