About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. Committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and constantly innovates to improve customer experiences. The local USPS location at 1116 Garfield St is a popular choice for many customers. The staff is described as efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable, with a particular mention of the delivery person "Angel" who is known for her consistently solid service. While some customers have noted cosmetic issues like dirty windows and the vestibule needing cleaning, these do not seem to detract significantly from the overall positive experience. Customers appreciate the convenient parking and lack of long lines, especially on Saturday mornings. Compared to the busier Lake Street location, this post office is seen as a reliable and enjoyable option for postal services.

Very confused as to how this location has a lower rating than the location on Lake Street. Unlike Lake Street's location, South Oak Park's employees are EXTREMELY friendly and efficient. The parking lot is a plus.

I’ve been to this location on a couple of occasions and the customer service is the best. The girl Felicia in the front is such a pleasure. She is always smiling and helped resolve an issue we were going to have. Thanks to her we resolved it before it even happened. Couldn’t love this place any more.
