“i had a really great experience here opening a PO Box. i was slightly hesitant based on the negative reviews so i just want to add my positive experience in case anyone is on the fence.There was one employee at the desk and she was very nice, helpful, and efficient with myself and everyone in front of me despite being it kind of being a holiday (Monday July 3).There were three people in front of me and i still got in, registered, and out before my 15min parking was up.I didn’t catch her name, but the employee working today was so lovely and i wouldn’t hesitate recommending people to use this location!”

I didn't think they would but Walgreens did!Great advice! “This was my first time here and yes it was very busy time and I was getting very frustrated that there was only one person working at the counter so I decided to use the self check out. With my luck my receipt printed but my postage did not. Back to the line I went, the kind gentleman let me back into where I was previously and the staff was very polite and helpful to address my concerns quickly. Despite tensions being high and grumpy patrons they were able to make everything correct within a short amount of time. Cindy, Kenneth & the African American lady with the braces and bangs (didn’t catch her name) where absolutely nothing short of superb.”

“I recently sent a package to a customer in Chicago. The package was mis-sent and ended up at the Norwood Park Post Office. I called the post office and spoke to E.J. He was very courteous and professional. He took down the tracking number and informed he would look for it, while I’m still waiting on the phone (I’m calling from San Diego). After a brief period of being on hold. He told me, he had the package in his hands!! E.J. informed me, this would be sent on its way. My customer received the package ? shortly thereafter after. “I had by far the best experience here today! I wish I knew the person behind the counters name so that I could personally shout her out here. I walked in around 2:00 pm today and right away I received a phone call. I stepped out of line to take my call, and watched as the line grew longer and the place get pretty busy as a result of the holiday. I also noticed how professional the worker behind the counter was. Although busy, she was calm and relaxed, patient and helpful to every customer and still worked quickly and efficiently. When I finally went into the line, it moved quick, and when I got there I had questions. She was helpful, kind and efficient. I never felt like I was being rushed, even though there were people behind me and when I asked my questions, she was more than helpful. A great person to have as the face of the branch! Employees everywhere could learn from her.”

“I didn’t know they stopped processing passport applications after 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:58pm and was told they stopped already. I stayed calm and asked politely if it was still possible to process my application anyways after explaining how dire my situation was and the young woman decided to process my application because she was still at her desk (a little sassy but, I was late after all)She then explained in detail how the process works and told me exactly how I’d receive all my documents in a professional and helpful manner. She was happy to repeat any part I didn’t understand as the process is quite odd as you send over your original birth certificate along with a check and leave with nothing after doing so which is a little unnerving.Alas, this all occurred on 9/27/23. It is now 10/30/23 and I just received my passport! (I paid extra to expedite my application)Thank you to that young woman for putting in the extra effort for me. It was seriously appreciated.”
