“This Old Navy has an excellent location, right on Harlem in downtown Oak Park, IL. This store has been around for years. I have gotten multiple items from this store. It has a great layout. The store lighting is inviting, and the store has a nice ambiance.
It looked like the store had good quality products for more reasonable prices than other stores. I got some jeans here that I enjoyed as well as sandals. It was a challenge finding the material composition that I desired in jeans. Thank God in Yeshua’s Name, I eventually found it. I wish everyone all the best in Yeshua’s Name.”
“Great find of a boutique for a unique top, accessories or outfit. The owner could not have been friendlier and made for a more fun shopping experience! They offer free parking in the Fifth Third Bank parking lot, so it's very easy to get in & out. Will be back!”
“I’m honestly so glad I walked into this store. At first, I was hesitant because it didn’t seem very inviting from the outside. When I walked in, I noticed the sales associate, Peggy, locked the door — then I realized it was closing time. Even though it was late, Peggy was extremely kind and patient as I browsed through the clothing.
As I continued looking around, several pieces caught my eye, and Peggy happily set up a fitting room for me. She even offered great styling recommendations. Both Peggy and Shari were patient and accommodating while I tried things on — they even helped adjust the pieces and made me feel comfortable modeling them.
Yes, the prices are on the higher side, but the quality and uniqueness of the items really stood out. These aren’t pieces you’ll find at department stores. I ended up buying everything I loved (pretty much everything I tried on!) and have no regrets.
The Shari personally wrapped my purchases with care and even showed me how to properly wear the jacket I bought — which I really appreciated. Both she and Peggy were so attentive and kind.
As a Latina, I’ll admit that sometimes you walk into spaces unsure of how you’ll be treated, but this experience was such a pleasant surprise. I left feeling welcomed and appreciated. I’ll definitely be shopping here again — I love their unique pieces!”

They are incredibly helpful with locating the right sizing, quickly mailing selections, and graciously accepting unworn returns. I visit way tooooo often! I’m from Florida and visit my daughter in Oak Park, and stopping into 16 Suitcases has become one of my favorite traditions every trip.”
