“I had such an exceptional experience at this Home Depot location that I felt compelled to share it.
After visiting multiple stores trying to find a plant that matched the aesthetic I needed for my office, I kept running into limitations and was honestly feeling discouraged. When I arrived at this location, I was greeted by Aidan, who immediately stood out for his kindness and willingness to help. He took the time to really listen to what I was trying to accomplish and genuinely cared about finding a solution.
Shortly after, the manager, Shi, stepped in — and together, they went above and beyond to make something work for me. What impressed me the most was not just that they helped, but how they helped: with positivity, creativity, and a true customer-first attitude that I hadn’t experienced at other locations.
Aidan personally assisted me every step of the way, and both him and Shi made me feel like my request truly mattered. Even when I had to come back with a small issue afterward, Shi handled it with the same level of professionalism and kindness, immediately resolving it without hesitation.
It’s rare to come across people who genuinely care about customer experience the way they do. Their attitude, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made a lasting impression on me.

“The best selection and prices of any of the big box home improvement stores. Employees always are able to point you in the right direction. Very easy to get a loading ticket and put lumber and bulk items directly into your vehicle.”

“We come here pretty often for home improvement supplies and even plants for the garden. On my latest visit, Patrick in the paint department was a huge help when I was working on my bathroom cabinet. “I was at Home Depot’s Garden Center today. I an really impressed with the quality and variety of their perennials. A much better selection than last year and very reasonably priced. The plants looked healthy and well cared for. I am planting a pollinator garden this year in my parking strip and found several pollinator plants here that are on my list. I am giving 4 stars because there are more perennial and ground cover varieties that I think they should stock. I’ll check back in a few weeks to see if more of the plants I need are on sale. If so, 5 stars!”

“Honestly the Green has steadily improved over the years. And I definitely prefer it here over the Orange or the Blue.
Lumber, millwork, etc still has some quality issues, and they still pile all the picked-through trash back onto the stack instead of RTVing it.
But they keep the stores clean, the staff seems happy to be at work, and their prices are usually the best of the three.”

“I came into this store on 8/11 while I was out driving when a tornado warning hit. The staff welcomed me in and were communicative and calm. They helped get all customers to a safe location, provided updates, and offered snacks and water. They treated everyone as if they were friends and family, and did a great job making sure everyone stayed safe. No scrambling, no panic, just good people taking care of others. What a fantastic show of humanity!”
