“The experience was painless because of my LO. I made the mistake of hiring a lawyer who was less than competent, and ran into issues with communication with him. “I've been with this bank for almost two months and I am very happy. I was able to open an account online, and go from there. All of the tellers are very pleasant and professional. I always have tons of questions, being a new customer, and everyone is patient with me. They pretty much go the extra mile and I appreciate that. I've yet to stand in a long line or wait in a long line in the drive thru. The lobby and waiting area is always clean, and there are plenty of seats in the waiting area. Coffee, water, tea is available as well as hard candy for the kids that may come in with their parents. I also like the fact that this branch is open until 6pm (one of the deciding factors for me opening an account with them). The only downside to this location is the parking lot. It's pretty small for a national bank; and the spaces are very small and close together. I did have to drive around about 3 times once because there weren't any spaces available on a Saturday afternoon. If there was a bigger parking lot, or an additional parking lot nearby, this location would be perfect.”
