“I did my blood work at Neelyx Labs and had a great experience! The phlebotomist was very patient and friendly. I usually get very nervous about getting my blood drawn but this was fast and easy.”
“Great experience and worth the money to get the PCR test results on time for travel. I took my RT PCR test at 5 pm (on time, no waiting) and had the results emailed to me by 9:40 pm. The email had all details needed by India to travel/enter. Since I'm passing through UK I had to have PCR tests/results in 48 hours. With the surge, all common pharmacies were saying results could be 3 days later. You can't afford that risk for international travel. There was a parking lot with plenty of parking also. Highly Recommended.”

The wait time to see the doctor can sometimes be long but they go over everything to make sure you're good, so its worth it.”

“The day before this visit, I had gone to a walk in clinic for a cold I had been fighting for over 2 weeks. The NP at this clinic prescribed a strong antibiotic. What I wasn't told was to take a probiotic two hours after I took the antibiotic. Instead, I took both together and a few hours later, I was stricken with severe vomiting. The next morning, my husband drove me to Northwestern and we arrived at 8:05a.m. I guess other patients arrived well before opening time because we waited until 9:30a.m. to be called in. The lady who checked me in was very friendly. The doctor was helpful and she answered all my questions. I was then told that I didn't need the antibiotic after all and that I had some water in my ear and not to worry about it. She prescribed a few other prescriptions to give me relief and something for the nausea and vomiting.I don't know how many Doctors they have working a shift, however, they need more to decrease the wait time.Update: I ended up going to the Minute Clinic on 4/10/23 because my left ear was bothering me. It turned out I had an ear infection and acute bronchitis and was prescribed a different antibiotic. This has been going on for five weeks and still I'm not 100%. Maybe I should have taken the initial antibiotic after all.”
“First time to come here fast service and friendly staffs. Diana (don't know if i spell it right) did an excellent job collecting blood sample on my 5 mos baby shes very proficient.Had a bad experience previously at labcorp because they did terrible job.Very happy and satisfied ☺️”

“As a resident of the Chicago area, I've been wanting to have our home tap water tested for lead. Suburban Labs was one of several laboratories recommended by our city as being certified, or whatnot. After checking out several websites of the labs listed, I found that Suburban's website was the easiest to navigate and easiest from which to order a test kit. As of today, their home lead testing fee is fifty dollars. I may add a followup review after going through the testing process and receiving our results...”
