“I had a really great experience with Falcon Moving. We had RJ, Hunter, and Patrick on our move. They were courteous, careful, engaged, worked very hard, and fit everything into the truck, and were equally helpful and careful on unloading and reassembling all of our stuff. They were frequently seen running to make the work go faster which I've never seen in a moving company before. “This would easily have been a five if not for the damaged property, lack of response and the delivery driver. My move was from Midwest to the East coast. My experience with the team in Chicago was excellent. I was going into storage initially. I was told it would go into crates, I was told I could use my own blankets. No crates and my blankets disappeared in the process. The driver on the delivery end was very aggressive and was only concerned about how the outcome looked for him and not whether I was a satisfied customer. Moved items into the house to discover many items damaged. The major item was a stand up desk that I will have to replace at my cost.
Have reached out several times to the team in Chicago with no response. In the end it was disappointing.
I revised this to a 5 star, as it was my experience with the team in Chicago and that same team resolved all issues to my great satisfaction. I do believe I can recommend this team as they are very customer focused.”
“I had initially booked just a moving service, but due to a last minute change needed to amend the service to a moving and junk removal for my bed/couch. They adjusted for this change with no issue. The movers came at the scheduled time, were polite, handled absolutely everything themselves, and got out swiftly, calling me multiple times to provide updates. Couldn’t have gone better!”

“I’m an independent contractor and I was in search for a contract through Tag. I was dealing with a recruiter name, Maria. Who honestly wasn’t quite helpful and had giving me a lot of misleading information. I later find out that they let her go and she was no longer working for the company. Good on there part. But what really made the experience great was when I was assigned my new recruiter named Robbie. This guy literally apologized on her behalf of the misleading information that I received, and he went above and beyond his job expectation in order to help me. He provided information that was extremely important and valuable for me to know in regards on partnering with the company. He is a great asset for the company as a recruiter and I want the company to know that. Great company as well.
