“I cannot recommend Carousel Flowers enough for your wedding or event. From the initial planning meeting to the day of the wedding, Kyle was responsive and thorough throughout the entire process. He helped me figure out my vision for the day and perfect executed it. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and the colors fit the scheme perfectly. All of the bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, centerpieces, and arrangements were stunning. Everything was delivered day of as discussed and I didn’t have to worry about anything. I would highly recommend Carousel to deliver beautiful flowers for your next event!”

“Addison Floral did a phenomenal job for our June 2024 wedding!!! They are an old, small, local place, and they know what they're doing after so many years of business. Their pricing was so affordable and lower than any other place I was quoted, but it was still high quality work!! They also did pocket boutonnieres, which I absolutely loved! Their set up and travel fee was very reasonable and they were willing to drop flowers at the church, my house, and the reception venue, all for the 1 set up fee!! The initial consultation with Larry went smooth and he had samples of flowers for me to compare. They were timely, professional, and so friendly. I will be going to them for all of my future floral needs.”

He helped me find exactly what I needed, even found an alternative option for a 2 x 2 I needed in cedar, and made the cuts for me perfectly. “Great place for all your garden needs. Conveniently located in River Forest off Madison Street. Ample parking is available. It’s open year round for all your seasonal requirements. Good selection for whatever your needs are. I bought a tree and azalea bushes this year. Pictures below. They also have a cafe inside. “Great service and selection of many landscaping products and supplies. Friendly and knowledgeable staff to assist with accurate supply needs and realistic prices for the outdoor space. Since purchasing a pickup truck I will never shop elsewhere and deal with "bagged" mulch, dirt or rocks. I can only imagine how much more it would have cost me for the equivalent of 3 yards of mulch. “I had the most amazing patient help. I enjoyed my visit immensely. I loved the selection! I did notice that the pricing some items was much higher than site one or even the growing place. I'd go back because I loved the selection. Especially the selection on rose of sharon. I want more! There was a lovely young man who was so patient. Even though I over paid a lil on some items, I am going to give it 5 stars because the service I recived was caring and amazingly exceptional. I needed someone to be patient as I pulled together long overdue plantings!

“Hi. I ordered tomato plants. Mountain pride. A type I cannot find here but are excellent. I thought the shipping was high but it was well worth it. The packing was superb. The plants nice quality healthy plants. I’m a master gardener and have ordered from many many online places and Etsy. These are the best plant and best packing I have ever received. Worth a few extra dollars. Thanks !! Already in the ground and happy!!”

Reasonable prices.A year since I wrote this review, give or take, and I generally no longer go to Home Depot and Countryside Illinois because it appears multiple staff changes have caused the service in a variety of departments to diminish. They seem to be much more helpful at the local Menards. as long as I go to Home Depot in Countryside Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM I could expect reasonable help with better than average expertise. If I go at other times when I try not to if I go at all the staff working there to be poorly trained, particularly in lumber, plumbing, electricity, gardening, but the checkout is generally quick and easy.”

I had a flooring project, which started off on a bad note, mostly my fault, but was then corrected by Debbie from the Flooring Department, who did an OUTSTANDING job of helping me to get it back on track. She was a one of a kind professional and personable customer service rep who went ABOVE AND BEYOND, INCLUDING POST INSTALLATION FOLLOW UP. I can't say enough good things about her, and hope that she gets recognized accordingly. In addition, upon return of my excess materials, and a drawn out discussion, I have to also say that Claudia, and Manager Raquel, also went above and beyond to help me with the challenging credit to my original purchase. All these ladies are the reason that I, and hopefully thousands others, will do business with your store, because they truly make a difference, which I know is the reason that I will remain a committed customer. “The Home Depot in Bloomingdale is far better than the Home Depot in Carol Stream.
Staff is friendly and helpful. The management appears to truly care about their team. I've personally witnessed two moral building activities by management at this location. Happy employees leads to positive customer experience.
The store is always clean and I can find people to help me when I have a question.
When I use the curbside pick up the employees always great me warmly, some even engage in friendly conversation. I have called management on two occasions to express how positive my experience their store has been. Once the manager said he was going to buy lunch for the employee I spoke of.
Other Home Depot locations are closer to me, but I go to Bloomingdale Home Depot for the customer service.”

“Shout out to Jack at Customer Service. We were having trouble finding a gardening tool (clearance item that did not list the aisle and bay online, and couldn’t locate the item in the normal spot), so we visited the service desk just to get some direction. Jack not only proceeded to look for the item in the system, simultaneously acknowledged and assisted other customers who were in line on the other side of the desk, but cleared the line and then walked us over to the area and found it in top stock. Super helpful, courteous, definitely a 5 star experience. Thank you Jack!”
