They use card skimmers to steal from guests. They also have a few other scams they like to use on guests. Don't use your debit or credit cards here. These people are thieves. Only reason I would go back here would be for harsh payback. I'm not lying or making anything up. This is 100% real. They will try and steal from you. The hotel and services aren't bad. One star for scamming.

Would not stay here again. I made a reservation on a Friday and had a guest who’d arrive before me. I called and asked if my guest could be let into the room before I got there. The guy at the front desk said it was ok and I wouldn’t need a credit card. I confirmed with him 100% and even offered to come by before my guest got there to give him a card. Apparently they don’t allow this because when my guest got there, they wouldn’t let her in. When I tried to call my guest, she put her phone up to him to talk to me and completely walked away and ignored her. Horrible service. Guy was so rude. Will never be back

Overall hotel is not to bad but there needs to be some serious updates. Read other comments that were provided.Rooms: Poor sleeper sofa, saggy, with very poor back support, office chair half broken, refrigerator handles mounted on the wrong side, toilet tank constantly leaks internally, can't completely close the drapes to block out the light.Noteworthy details: I stayed at hotel for a month with my son because of surgery and needed to be near the VA hospital....Business center printer won't print because it's out of ink, front desk said they won't get them. Computer is very old, only has windows version 8 and need a lot of updates. It's missing a lot functionalities.First room we got had no hot water so had to move late in the evening (didn't know about it until then).Breakfast and dinner was good but took them 3 weeks to get the waffle maker working.Walls are paper thin can hear neighbors very clearly.They didn't provide room service or asked us when we arrived - had to ask them.

Solid budget hotel. Happened to be here on Christmas Day. They did a nice job decorating the lobby for the holiday. Set up a special social hour with a light dinner and drinks. I've seen much less hospitality at similar budget hotels.

This hotel feels more like a $50 a night extended stay than an actual hotel with amenities. The rooms are very outdated, small and in need of a major overhaul. I was especially surprised by the lack of ice machine, the empty "pantry" and the filthy dishes in the room. Even the screens on the windows were falling apart. I would recommend finding a place closer to restaurants as well, there is nothing in walking distance to grab a quick dinner or drink

Okay, from the reviews you have read, you will be hesitant to come here, but it is under new management, and this one is good. The General Manager Brody and his team, especially, Justin, are doing a great job to keep up a good reputation. My husband and I stayed for 7 days, and we found everyone super friendly and super helpful. The room was clean. Laundary is free. They have a social hour on Mon and Tues, free food and BBQ too. The hotel is situated in a quiet corner, but if you want to go to the nearest happening mall, it should be about 10 min. There are several eating places around. It's not a Hyatt or Westin, but for the price, it's good. Also, notably, under the new Genteral Manager. I would request the hotel only one suggestion. For breakfast, please check all items between the given items, as items run out quickly .Thank you

The location was the main reason I chose this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. I also appreciated the complimentary evening snacks.

Update: it is now Aug 27, still NO HELP from the hotel staff, tiolit is still running wasting water and an annoyance. 2. Housekeeping still not coming in to make up bed, remove trash or leave clean towels DAILEY, in fact I was told today the Jason who is in charge of housekeeping told the floor housekeeper not to.I am not sure how this gets 3 stars? The hotel itself is ok. The staff polite and mostly friendly. However the housekeeping is not good. 1. broken tolit told em 1st day, day 3, still runs most of the time. 2. Housekeeping doen't come. day one spoke to them when no one even emptied the trash, let alone make the bed or change a towel or two. One expects at least a minimal amount of service!! I spoke to the front desk and was ASSURED it would be taken care of, I left a short note and a $10.00 tip for housekeeping. ONE DAY they came, the next day after a 12-hour day I come in and again nothing, done nada, zip, zero, not even a bed made,, NOT WHAT I EXPECT FOR AN IHG PROPERTY... i use IHG and Staybridge almost exclusively, I typically stay 60 days at a time.I feel let down and cheated. Instead of the 30 =60 days I booked for I am going to find another hotel, most like a Hilton brand.BTW I am platinum Elite with IHG.Rooms: Housekeeping does not come daily. Trash build-up. Look for another hotel.Noteworthy details: Not up to usual IHG standards.

This hotel has a family vibe. And, the snacks are great during their social hour. During my three mth stay, I enjoyed the staff, who have helped me be as comfortable as they can. They always greeted me with warm smiles.Oh, you can bring your Fur babies !!

The staff was amazing here! I stayed here during the summer for an internship and they were very accomodating and super friendly! The staff knew you by name and were always helpful and would go out of their way to help you! Never thought a hotel could feel like home, but this one did!

Two night stay. Nasty, unclean room reported twice and no cleaning occurred. Requested towels and was asked by hostile front desk why I would need more towels when I just checked in (I need to justify towels?). And he didn't give me the towels I requested. Safety hazard in room that I requested twice to be removed, had to call IHG directly to get that hazard removed (was also a lawsuit waiting to happen, you'd think they'd care to remove it). No hot water in morning and refused to let me talk to a manager after I requested twice. I also emailed the manager to ask to speak to him/her, no response. IHG direct couldn't even get a hold of the manager.Stay here if you want filth all over the room, two towels to use for two days for four people, a negligent safety hazard in your room, hostile staff who do not try to help, and a place where you don't even get hot water, then this is the place for you! If you have an issue, like filth all over the room, you are on your own. Enjoy your cold shower. Play a game of "guess what sticky goo this spot is" throughout your room. And try to spot the elusive manager who allows all of this to happen while hiding from guests.Although it didn't matter to me, the website does say there's beer and wine with the evening reception and there is not. You'll be too intimidated by the hostile staff to ask about it.I was refused a refund even after trying to get the room cleaned and towels and hot water. These basics are part of the IHG supposed "guarantee" (and something even 80 dollar a night hotels can handle), but they do not actually care at this hotel.

Solid hotel. My family spent 3 nights here. It's always a red flag when there's a plunger in your room (plumbing issues) we only had to use it once. All in all it was an enjoyable experience!

The man working the front desk( I believe his name was Justin?) Was super friendly and welcoming. Room was nice and clean. Full fridge and mini kitchen. Breakfast was better then
