Was told I needed two forms of government issued I'd to cash check even though check was drawn on acct my company has with them and I had my company documentation. I asked for a copy of this policy and then they told me they don't have a formal policy, it was just a email procedure distributed out. That's BS.

I had a check stolen and cashed at this bank and they would not do anything to help the situation.
