Placed an order was told it’s a 15 minute wait, I was late actually showed up 30 minutes after placing my order and then was told it’s going to be another hour. Poorly staffed and very unprofessional.

Place is getting dirtier by the day . Most employees are not friendly . No more greeting people as they come in . Pizzas in warmer barely have any cheese on them .

I am beginning to get very worried for how this place is turning out to be. A few days ago I had orders large cheese sticks and not only were the cheese sticks half an inch long, there was 4 cheese sticks that had cheese on them. I was hoping to have better luck today, as I order a large pepperoni and large cheese sticks again. Erica, the worker, tells us 15-20 minutes. We waited 30 to be safe go back up and they hadn’t even started. I asked what’s going on and was told the works went on break they’ll be back in 5 minutes. there was two people working in the kitchen, but decided both should go on break at the same time. I also notice you can’t call them because their phone doesn’t work, and you can’t place an order online because their app doesn’t work. I’m just getting tired of them not putting their customers first!

I’m very impressed with your new kitchen manager Erica. She is very knowledgeable and very professional about her job. I see good things about this manager and will love to see what she can offer to Casey I am there every day and this young lady works with everybody and does amazing and she always holds the door for my grandmother and grandfather I hear and see. You can tell she cares about her customers and employees. I’m very impressed.
Kid-friendliness: She makes sure to make every one smile or try’s at least

I’m not sure who made the executive decision to put in a paid air machine in Mayberry but it was the worst decision you could’ve made in a town without any other options. It freezes when it’s cold and doesn’t give you air but charges you anyway. 3 Times!!! Was stuck in this god forsaken town for 3 days over Christmas because no one will fix the junk machine. I bought my own air compressor. If you need air in this town, if you can make it to my house, you can use my air compressor. This place is an absolute joke!

This place is ok ..but the issue is there are 2 or 3 workers there and one lane is open with the line is long. , which I can't stand long ..I'm sorry they young generation doesn't no how to step in help.we have a lot of disability people that can't stand no more then 5mins or stand long..I don't ask for help at the pump or someone runs in to get my stuff..but I really think they need to move the lines faster or have something there so the people with stand or walking issues can have something to lean on..I'm 53 and I have standing issues or walking problems do to back surgery so there for I can't stand or walk that good..thank you

Good pizza, cooler needs restocked in a more timely manner (went in on a Thursday and there was almost no drinks of any kind in the cooler, the worker told me the truck would be there the next day), friendly staff for the most part but they do have a high turnover. Seems like someone new every month.
