“I truly cannot say enough praises about this shop and its owner Matt. I’ve taken my vehicles to Bruce’s for years now and all I can say is that Bruce’s Auto Repair is where you’ll find honesty, care and some of the best people in the mechanic world. Thank you so much, Matt and thank you to your hard working staff for always always always being there for my vehicle needs. If I could give you 20 stars I would. The best in the biz!”

“Perfect bodywork and perfect paint match on my brand new 2026 Hyundai Tucson that got hit by a large rock. I was very impressed with the professionalism and care from everyone throughout the process. The customer service was outstanding, communication was constant, and the overall superb experience is why I will be going back to Schaefer Autobody in O’Fallon IL for any other bodywork.”

“Check engine light came on and car shut down on a Wednesday. I called them right when it happened and told them I would only be able to bring it in the next morning and they were completely fine with it. Dropped it off at 8 a.m. the next morning and they called me an hour later telling me exactly what was wrong with my car and how much it would be and they had my car fixed and ready to go by 1:30pm. Very transparent and straight to the point. Great service for a good price as well.”

“I went yesterday in an emergency 30min before closing. —> Previously went to Walmart and had a very bad experience as they didn’t accept my tires “too old”, while they were only been used for a couple weeks. I arrived when he was working and had work to do, but didn’t have availability for two days. After a quick conversation, he understood my situation and accepted to help me out on the spot. I recommend!”

“Took my ‘26 CRV in to Serra for its first maintenance at 5k. Oil change and tire rotation. Both were done in about an hour. Brandien was awesome, very approachable and knowledgeable. No upselling, no surly attitude, very patient and explained the future maintenance of my hybrid in a very understandable way. Kudos to him! He deserves a raise! I will definitely bring my car to Serra again. Highly recommended, and I’ve been burned by other Honda dealerships, so that carries a lot of weight.”

“Took my daughter's car in last week for service and as always, the staff was polite and informative. We have had such great experiences with their service department, we ended up shopping for a new vehicle while we were there, and found the same with the sales team as well.”

“August, 2024 I decided to replace my fuel pump for my 1999 Honda Accord EX V6. I always used OEM parts as long as they are available. Unfortunately, the OEM pump was defected, and so was the second one that was a replacement. Unfortunately, the car would not start, so I had to reply on a towing service to take my car to Serra Honda. In over twenty six years of owning this car, this would be the first time the car was ever towed. I contacted Clete's and had scheduled a pick up time. Everything ran smoothly. The process was handled with care. If I ever need to be towed, and hopefully that will never happen again, I would depend on Clete's Inc!”

“Bought my second car from Jack Schmitt. This one was a little less exciting than the C8 Stingray I bought 4 years ago, a 2026 Equinox. Went back to Tim Schuhardt who sold me that 'vette. I went back to him for a reason - a good sales rep who understands that we were establishing a relationship when he sold me the last car and it paid off! I would definitely go back to Jack Schmitt especially if I can get Tim to sell me my next car. I strongly recommend you ask for Tim if you go there to buy your car!”

“I had a phenomenal experience shopping at Auffenberg Mazda. My salesman, Brett Johnson went above and beyond what I ever could have expected. If you are looking for a vehicle, and trust and integrity are important, look no further. I would also like to give shoutouts to Blake, the sales manager, and to Logan, in finance. Smoothest transaction I have ever had!!”

“I am very happy with my Rav 4. The only thing I wish was included in my package would be the remote start. There is an extra monthly fee. I don’t care to pay a fee each and every month for the lifetime of the vehicle. Other than that the service dept is good. Most of the employees look happy. I like the video you receive of the inspections of my SUV. I will continue to take my vehicle to Newbold in Ofallon,il.”

“My husband and I were both in the market for new cars, every dealership we went to did not take us seriously and had no effort in helping us find our cars. We went to Auffenburg Hyundai and our salesman Carl Roesel took his time in helping us understand the whole buying process and helping us both find cars we loved. Carl assisted my husband and I throughout the entire process, this was ordering a car for us, and stayed in touch every few weeks to keep us updated on the process. We received AMAZING service from all we encountered, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thank you Carl for making this the best car buying experience we've ever had!!”

“First purchase there - went very well. Yes, a little pressure from the Finance person for add-ons but nothing unexpected. Our sales person - Jizza Beril - did an excellent job.”

“When I left work my tire was flat. It’s was 6:30 pm and I called Walmart where I purchased the tires. The center closes at 7 but the manager said if I made it before 7 they would look at it. The gentleman in the auto department at Walmart in Collinsville, IL were determined to find the cause and they did! Not only did they fix the problem, allow my car to be serviced 15 minutes prior to their scheduled closing time but they did it all with kindness and a smile! I am in my car leaving at 7:40 which means they stayed late in order to help me. I hope they are all recognized for going above and beyond!!!! Well done gentlemen!”
