From the very start of the insurance claims process, Tamera was a TRUE GEM!! She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and made the process simple! Once we were able to get the car in for repairs, they were accessible, provided regular updates, were responsive to our calls and questions, and ensured that everything went smoothly. And they were FAST!! Brandon was AWESOME with keeping us posted throughout the entire repair process. Luckily, he had a replacement tire in stock and got it swapped out in no time! He also had fixed a tire for my wife a while back and she also had a great experience. When it comes to actually buying your vehicle he takes the time to wall you through everything and is honest the entire process.Once you have your vehicle the maintenance department is just as good. Good prices on your basic things like oil changes as well as if you need parts.Overall a very good, low stress buying experience. Bought 4 vehicles from them and working on getting a fifth as I write this.”

“I worked with Braden Dyers on a pre-owned vehicle they had. The catch was I’m from Ohio and couldn’t get out there to test drive it or inspect it prior to purchasing. He was fantastic to deal with. “had an unexpected problem with my sun roof and it wouldn’t close, so after calling so many mechanics if they could squeeze me in for a short notice no one could take me. I called Full Circle Auto Service and Micheal was so great and took me in within a short notice. Both him and his father were all smiles and even offered me coffee while I was waiting. I left my car and were able to fix my problem within 2-3 hours. I was very pleased with how great the customer service interaction was and how understanding both Michael and his father were of my unexpected situation. It was also very reasonably priced. Definitely will be coming back for their mechanic services !”
