“Took my ‘26 CRV in to Serra for its first maintenance at 5k. Oil change and tire rotation. Both were done in about an hour.
Brandien was awesome, very approachable and knowledgeable. No upselling, no surly attitude, very patient and explained the future maintenance of my hybrid in a very understandable way. Kudos to him! He deserves a raise!

“Check engine light came on and car shut down on a Wednesday. I called them right when it happened and told them I would only be able to bring it in the next morning and they were completely fine with it. Dropped it off at 8 a.m. the next morning and they called me an hour later telling me exactly what was wrong with my car and how much it would be and they had my car fixed and ready to go by 1:30pm. Very transparent and straight to the point. Great service for a good price as well.”

“August, 2024 I decided to replace my fuel pump for my 1999 Honda Accord EX V6. I always used OEM parts as long as they are available. Unfortunately, the OEM pump was defected, and so was the second one that was a replacement.
Unfortunately, the car would not start, so I had to reply on a towing service to take my car to Serra Honda. In over twenty six years of owning this car, this would be the first time the car was ever towed.
I contacted Clete's and had scheduled a pick up time. Everything ran smoothly. The process was handled with care.
If I ever need to be towed, and hopefully that will never happen again, I would depend on Clete's Inc!”

“I am very happy with my Rav 4. The only thing I wish was included in my package would be the remote start. There is an extra monthly fee. I don’t care to pay a fee each and every month for the lifetime of the vehicle. Other than that the service dept is good. Most of the employees look happy. I like the video you receive of the inspections of my SUV. I will continue to take my vehicle to Newbold in Ofallon,il.”
“First of all, if you're going in for an oil change and/or without an appt., your experience is on you. Walmart is not the cheapest on an OC, so why are you there anyway? Go there for batteries or tires; that's it.
I ordered my tires online and had a scheduled appointment. The whole thing took 1.5 hours. I was very pleased and understand that for any car situation, one needs to plan minimum of 2 hours and practice patience. Other places besides Walmart also take a long time. It's the name of the game. Make the best of it.
The auto dept. does a good business. Very busy. I got the cheapest price on all new tires, installed with warranty, for under $100/tire. Very competitive pricing. Staff was friendly. Thank you!”
