“I had an issue with the Collinsville walmart where they lied about being able to install 22 inch rim tires so I came to the O'Fallon store, Garvin greeted me politely and informed me he would get me taken care of as soon as possible since I was a walk in. They had my truck in about 45 minutes after arriving and they have been great.”

“I had my car washed last Saturday 5/11/24. I just opened the hatch on my Honda Pilot for the first time since. One of my straps to release my seat is flipped the wrong way in the reel. It was not like this before the wash. This car is new and I have only made one payment. I just went up to the car wash to speak with them and they sent a young kid out "Nate", who told me they will do nothing. I have gone to Auto Spa for years. Never again. "Edit" the Nick called and apologized for my inconvenience and offered to make things right, which is all that I wanted. I appreciate his concern.”

“There was only 2 people when I went. They both busted their butts to get through the long line if cars. They did not sacrifice quality or customer service! They both jumped back and forth between 2 bays to get the most amount done. I had a bit of a wait, but seeing both moving constantly I was fine. This location is always the best and worth the wait!”

“I blew a tire on the interstate and I went to my local Dobbs ( Collinsville ,IL), because that’s where I get my tires. They located the issue quickly and told me the tire couldn’t be patched. I bought a new one that wasn’t in stock. I was worried about driving on my spare as the lug nuts were had tightened. They loaned me a tire until the next day my tire came in. It gave me peace of mind. Dale and his crew were kind and compassionate. They completed my visit pretty quickly too.

“I had a metal tire cap on my rear passenger tire that would not come off no matter how hard I tried to remove it. Front tech at my dealership said I needed a new sensor and that cap corroded on there. Plus the dealership was the one who placed it on in the first place.
I came to Tire Choice on a Saturday to see if I could get it removed. I knew it had to be another way to get it off. It took the mechanic maybe 10 minutes to remove it and it was at no cost. I really appreciate Princeton and Lelon (im sorry if this is wrong ?) for their help. I didn’t have to waste money on something that didn’t need to be fixed.”
