“I was here on a Sunday and there was a customer being helped by Madison so I started to look for a pair of boots. A couple minutes later Madison then came up to ask me what I was looking for and I told her and she helped me find the perfect pair. She was professional but to me, most importantly she was friendly. The only problem was that there wasn’t much of a selection of boots which is no reflection on Madison. I mean it’s winter here and with snow, I’d think that there’d be more of a selection. I did find a pair that will last the winter and it beets wearing what I was and that was my sneakers! Thanks for your help Madison and if your boss is reading this, she needs a raise!! Remember, customers are always right! 😉😊”
