I walked in after somebody just received a refund n asked to buy a charger the black guy with the dreads ask me what xbox charger am i looking for rudely i say whichever is the newest i proceed to say i dont know he carries on about me not knowing being aggressive n adamant on telling me which one it is when im telling him. I have the most recent his attitude n disrespect was just absurd n then he has the nerve to tell me im the aggressor n i should calm I simply just turned around n walked out i dont know if it was because it was a Sunday or the refund bothered him before but just his whole demeanor was giving he shouldn’t be working for this establishment i will not be purchasing anything else from this store location the guy was a black chunky man with dreads

Good customer service. I don't like some of their policies that they change like you can't use your points for purchases on gift cards. Other than that, really good customer service. Very helpful.

Scam artist working there bought a steam card dam thing didn’t even work or download dam shame scamming kids scratch back of card it says already been used came in all over floor someone must got scammed never coming there again. This one is in Olympia Fields Illinois

Saved a ton of money looking for a game. The clerk was very friendly and helpful. He searched to see if the title was available nearby since they didn't have it in stock. I ended up getting some toys on clearance, too.

I will never walk in a game stop again. Bought call of duty for son. They will not return because I opened it. Disc doesn’t download. Told the guy and he told me he was going to loss his job if he returned it. So how I am I suppose to know the game can’t download if I don’t open it. 70.00 for game and he can’t do anything. Done with them
