“I've used Blackhawk bank as my primary checking account since I first got one. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. There have been a few issues with their online banking but those were quickly resolved over the phone in a matter of minutes. The only drawback is the lack of ATM locations especially traveling outside the QC area but that's a drawback of any local bank/credit union.”
