“I've used Blackhawk bank as my primary checking account since I first got one. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. There have been a few issues with their online banking but those were quickly resolved over the phone in a matter of minutes. The only drawback is the lack of ATM locations especially traveling outside the QC area but that's a drawback of any local bank/credit union.”

“The employees were very helpful and friendly when I had few checks from out of country to cash - it was my 1st time getting checks like that - the employees walked me thru the process and explained everything to me. They also were a lot of fun to talk to while waiting few minutes for the paperwork. I do however wish they were open even just for a few hours on Saturday- even if it was drive thru only.
