“I've used Blackhawk bank as my primary checking account since I first got one. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. There have been a few issues with their online banking but those were quickly resolved over the phone in a matter of minutes. The only drawback is the lack of ATM locations especially traveling outside the QC area but that's a drawback of any local bank/credit union.”

“I adore my bank. All ATM fees are reimbursed, even internationally. They always go above and beyond for me in the few instances there are problems. Their system is sensitive to abnormal charges and quickly notifies me. Most of the time it is myself, but we did catch someone stealing my identity before it became a problem. Plus, the cookies are a great incentive to come in.”

“I chose Chase because they were number one in customer satisfaction and I can see why. The transparency is excellent. Don't get me wrong they will still will charge you all the same fees as everyone else. However, they will tell you about it up front and even remind you about it, before you earn the charges.
That being said the availability of their branches is quite lacking there are basically only two branches in Eastern Iowa.”
