“I HIGHLY recommend Steve and his crew at Vehicle Masters. They truly live up to their name. I had been dealing with an issue with my Jeep for 18 months that no other mechanic I took it to could figure out. Steve was my 4th opinion. When I arrived for my appointment he went for a test drive with me himself-not one of his techs, the owner himself came on the test drive with me. Then, he and his crew spent almost 2 hours diagnosing my issue with expertise. Even after some unforseen issues, Steve had my car repaired within days-after 18 months of dealing with this issue. I won't take my car to anyone but him from now on. Most women know how gruff and dismissive mechanics can be, this is not the case at all with anyone at Vehicle Masters. They took my problem very seriously and went about fixing it in a dedicated way for a fair price. Please IGNORE any negative reviews you see for Vehicle Masters--they are not deserved at all and some people are simply dramatic lunatics. “Great experience with new manager in Oak Forest. Young man immediately pointed out that my problem may not have been my battery which I wanted replaced. He had his mechanic check and it was the Altenator that needed replacement. I can think of several places that would have replaced my battery and I would have to replace the alternator at a later date. He was very courteous and I will continue getting service as well as recommending Milex to my friends.”

“When I discovered I had a flat, I first called the place where I’d bought this discount tire. Not at all encouraged by the “bring it in, we’ll get to it, after our other appointments” - I called the guys I trust. I was SO HAPPY when Dave answered my call. I was even MORE DELIGHTED when he was able to tell me (in less than 20 minutes, I think), that there was nothing wrong with the tire (phew!), but the tire stem had gone bad. It was fixed in about 45 minutes total, and the cost was small enough for me to pay cash. I couldn’t recommend a small business any more highly: it you need or have an issue with your tires, DE RE TIRES in Orland Hills IS THE PLACE TO GO. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
