“I almost never write reviews but I really wanted to shout out the great customer service I received this past weekend. I don't shop at old navy often but I saw the large 40% off everything sale signs and stopped in. I have two events coming up this month the first being next week and I needed new jeans.
Old navy has a lot of jeans! I had no idea they have so many styles just jeans everywhere and to be honest I kinda got overwhelmed. So I asked an associate who was nearby for help and I really have to shout out Kimberly she was so polite and so knowledgeable about the styles, fit, sizing just everything. She even explained to me about the different inseam and stretch fabric. I got two pairs of flare jeans and some sandals. I was so thrilled with my purchase that I went back to old navy before the sale ended and Kimberly helped me again to find some denim shorts.
Old navy has a lot of denim shorts, she let me know that if my size wasn't available or if i saw a pair online that I wanted she could order it for me from the store and the shipping would be free. That's great to know who doesn't love free shipping!
My overall experience at the orland park store was really, really great, the store was busy both days but everyone was polite and very helpful. 5 stars! Thanks.”

“I had a fantastic hair cut by Kara today! I showed her some pictures of how I wanted it & she gave me a hair cut exactly matching the pictures! She also did curls and they turned out so beautiful! She spent so much time on my hair to get it just right. I was very Blessed to get in for the appt. bc I called that morning because I completely forgot about an event I had later that day! She was so terrific to accommodate me for the blow dry & curls! She had another client right after me so she said I could wait 15 minutes and she would have time to do the curls then, if I wanted. It worked out perfectly because I had to run an errand in the mall anyway! I will definitely be back! Thanks for the wonderful service!”

Last week, my daughter and I went to pick up our online order at Carter’s, and we had such a great experience! We needed to make some returns and exchanges, and the young lady who helped us was amazing—super kind, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable.

Customer Service & Shopping Experience:
• She gave great advice on sizing, explaining the difference between 3T and 3A, and even suggested sizing up for longer wear.
• She helped me return and reorder items efficiently, making sure I left with the perfect fit for my daughter.
• While she was fantastic, I have run into staff members in the past who weren’t as helpful, which is the only reason for the 4/5 rating.

Store & Atmosphere:
• The store is clean and well-organized.
• They have a kids’ coloring table, which is such a thoughtful touch to keep little ones entertained while shopping.
• There is parking available, making it an easy stop for parents on the go.

Product Quality & Value:
• High-quality materials—worth every penny, especially during their sales.
• My daughter LOVES their pajamas—super soft and comfortable.
• Their two-piece sets are a game-changer, making mornings effortless and keeping outfits cute and practical.

Final Thoughts:

Despite occasional mixed experiences with staff, this Carter’s location is still a go-to for us. The clothing quality, convenience, and thoughtful touches (like the coloring table) make shopping enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back and hoping to run into the same amazing employee who helped us this time!

I took photos at a different jc penny location and they came out horrible because the lady was not welcoming or warming. Esmeralda had my 4 month old smiling in every single photo. The photos came out so perfect. I cannot wait to pass these out and will probably book again just for her for the holidays.”
