I went there to get a battery installed in my watch. Frank took care of that. I am totally impressed with the store!! I found out that he repairs jewelry, glasses and much more!!! Amazing customer service as soon as I walked in they were super welcome and had a smile on their faces. They do wonderful job at repairs I broke my necklace multiple times and he fixed it in less then 15 minutes.
