“Menards has one of the most extensive selections of plumbing parts in the entire Chicagoland area. You name it, they have it. Also, their (Rheem) water heater selection is equally extensive and priced very competitively, but I really like their Power Vent water heaters. My previous Power Vent water heater lasted 26 years (it was also purchased at Menards).”
“I ordered my products online and picked them up the next day. There were some employees working behind the counter, but they seemed to be more interested in talking to each other, than servicing me.
Another man walked up, and went behind the counter. When he saw no one was servicing me, he quickly asked if I was being serviced.
Overall, aside from the initial encounter, things were okay. Employees should really be more customer friendly.”

“We completely tore down and remodeled our Primary Bedroom, Bathroom and built a Walk in Closet. We have performed 7 similar scope of renovations in the past. After experiences with numerous suppliers in the past we went with Fox for our material. You name it they had it. Their showroom inspired many ideas for the renovation. Their designer , Donna, was talented and extremely communicative and ensured our order was exactly what we wanted and tracked our cabinetry from order to delivery (on time). We worked with Mark on numerous orders and his knowledge of products was incredible and his coordination with our General Contractor for order status and delivery was beyond reproach. I very rarely write reviews but the Fox team certainly exceeded all expectations and most certainly earned this review. Too bad I can only give 5 stars and not more!”
