The store is generally well-organized, though sometimes the selection may not match individual tastes. Customers enjoy the holiday shopping experience, though one rude employee was noted. The store's layaway plan was missed by some shoppers. While prices are excellent, the checkout experience can be hit or miss, with some cashiers being less than pleasant.
There was only one cashier open and she was doing her best to keep up with the line but there were too many people. Another employee walked behind the counter, saw the line and walked away, leaving the cashier alone. She didn't offer to help or to call someone else. It just looked bad.

I had a lovely experience shopping here on Thursday and the staffs where all so helpful when I thought I lost my phone.. The ladies at the counter were very friendly and welcoming.. I appreciate the excellent customer service.. I am the british guy🇬🇧 from London on vacation.. Thanks for a great shopping experience

The manger Marcus was truly so amazing! His generosity and kindness was truly inspiring and caring! such a good manager and kind soul! Made me want to go back just to see him! Truly deserves a raise and all good to him!
