A very positive experience. Tinisha (our sales agent) was VERY informative about the various products, the way that they operated and helpful regarding the various prices and available discounts. It's obvious that Tinisha is knowledgeable and that she enjoys her work. Mattress Firm is lucky to have Tinisha in their employ.
