Price was good free box spring delivery and removal of old mattress. Delivery went well. Driver called 15 minutes before delivery. Which was nice. Both drivers very nice and did a great job. Will definitely recommend to others.”

Extremely knowledgeable in aspects.The delivery communication was great. Delivery guys put the tub just where we wanted it.And then once the hot tub was set up they sent Joe by who was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable on hot tub care and pool care. He explained how the chemicals work, maintenance, operation etc. He even gave me tips on my pool! My wife and I absolutely LOVED this and it made us both feel more confident taking care of the spa.Top notch service all around. Sincerely.”

Great job to Elisia who responded quickly to address the issues.I acquired an office desk either in late 2021 or early 2022 from the Orland Park store. Regrettably, the top leather began to show signs of discoloration. Remarkably, the store promptly and efficiently arranged for a replacement top without any unnecessary delays or complications. However, during the installation of the new top, an issue arose, which was immediately addressed with a service call to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, the repairman inadvertently drilled too deep into the top, necessitating another replacement. Yet again, the store's response was swift and devoid of any hesitations or undue postponements, promptly ordering and installing yet another new top. I will consider Walter E. Smithe for all future furniture needs based upon there EXCELLENT customer service.”
