“Had a problem with my delivery and Micky came himself to fix the problem. He was extremely helpful and great to work with. Would definitely recommend buying your next mattress from this store. Ask for Micky, he is the best!”
“A very positive experience. Tinisha (our sales agent) was VERY informative about the various products, the way that they operated and helpful regarding the various prices and available discounts. It's obvious that Tinisha is knowledgeable and that she enjoys her work. Mattress Firm is lucky to have Tinisha in their employ.”
“I was so happy with my sales lady, Hana. She was very helpful with helping me pick out & decide which chair, which features , etc. I especially love the “ tall man “ feature. It is so, so, so much easier to get out of.”
“My partner and I came in without knowing much - just that Sleep Number was recommended by someone we met at the bar about a week ago haha. We worked with Megan and she was so helpful and thorough when recommending options and trying the different beds. They also have cool technology where you lay in the bed, look at a screen above you, and it shows you your pressure points so you can watch it change while adjusting the Sleep Number settings. 10/10 experience so far!”

“We recently purchased a sectional from Penny Mustard in Orland Park, IL. Our salesperson, Joziba Abdujabborova was the best. We visited the store and met with her at least three times before making a purchase and she was incredibly helpful. Once we decided on the furniture, it took at least two hours to choose fabrics and she was so patient and helpful. We'll definitely go back and see her when we are ready to purchase more furniture!”
“We have always loved the store for gifts or candles (they have a line of their own candles that small amazing!) - but have since been the ice cream parlor twice! The ice cream flavors are great, the staff is nice and there’s plenty of room on the back patio to enjoy the ice cream with a group!”
“We worked with Lupe Martinez out of the Orland Park, IL Ethan Allen location. Everything was done over the phone, even late after hours. We used the area rug visualizer to see what our new 9'x12' area rug would look like and that really closed the sale. It took about 4 weeks to get and fits beautify in our Great Room. We were so thankful we were able to work with Lupe at Ethen Allen, Orland Park, IL. She truly is a dedicated interior designer.(The photo's may not do it justice)”
“This was such a pleasant find. They have everything from Lladro, Mikasa, Drexel, and so many more high-end furniture and decoration items. The prices are unbeatable. We purchased a few things which will be delivered soon. The team is great. The variety is awesome. Felt like a kid in a candy store. When you can find near mint condition items that usually cost thousands of dollars at super affordable rates it’s a win. Highly recommend Magnolia Design. You can find really classy items here. Also, must add: they delivered everything timely, Jim and the team were super helpful in helping us move things around and get the setting just right. Such a wonderful experience. Thank you!”
“I went here twice when choosing a mattress. It was so nice to be able to take my time and find the right one without a sales person following you around. The delivery was on time and the guys delivered to highrise in Chicago with no issues .”
“Stopped by to look at patio furniture. Asked questions about availability and ordering process. Went home and measured. Came back the following weekend and ordered what we wanted. It was in stock as promised and delivered within 5 days. Set up was done quickly and professionally.”

“Jackie Hon designed our family room wonderfully. Very happy with her ideas while listening to our input as well. She has so much patience and kindness. It's like working with a friend. Jackie answered all my questions and even gave extra help to be sure all was placed perfectly upon delivery. She was never pushy for the sale. She only cared that we were happy and excited about everything. The delivery team was fabulous too. Professional and courteous, friendly, and helpful. Our experience with Walter E. Smithe was great.”

“Bill F and Shay S were very friendly and helpful. They made the experience very comfortable and they were very informative about the furniture we were looking at and purchasing.”
“The salesman Josh was very helpful and went way out of his way to help me find the recliner that I purchased. Thank you Darvin for having such a wonderful sales associate on your staff . This is why I am a returning customer. Bill Kiley”
“When walking in every one was friendly helpful without the typical sales person hover. They let us roam and checking on us. When we settled on something we liked Kelisha was extremely helpful and made the purchase very smooth. We will definitely comeback for all our furniture needs.”
“Went to the Target store in Tinley Park today for dog training pads. It said they had them but there were none on the shelf. 3 people whose names I unfortunately didn’t get went above and beyond. They found us the last one in their stockroom. I will definitely be going there again!!”
