We visited the store and met with her at least three times before making a purchase and she was incredibly helpful. Once we decided on the furniture, it took at least two hours to choose fabrics and she was so patient and helpful. We'll definitely go back and see her when we are ready to purchase more furniture!”

“Dennis the sales associate, was able to point out perfect mattress for me. And I was very picky. After looking around at about
6 mattresses we were able to reach a dynamite deal. He was able to determine if I needed box spring in which I did. But, I only needed the boxspring for a short time until I found my bedframe at another store. So I essentially bought a boxspring, then will be credited for returning the boxspring until i found a new bedframe. Great customer service and I highly recommend Matress Firm in Orland Park IL to anyone seeking superior service and a great deal on a matress.
