Midwest Animal Hospital is a welcoming and friendly veterinary clinic. The staff and veterinarians are thorough, gentle, and take great care with pets, answering all questions. They provide proper evaluations and create good treatment plans, offering services like urgent care where they examine pets completely. The place is always clean. However, some clients note the wait can sometimes be a little longer and express concern that pricing is getting to be a bit too much, leading them to possibly compare with other facilities. Many clients are comfortable here and plan to use the hospital for all their animals in the future.
Needed the services of urgent care. Staff were professional and welcoming. We were able to meet with the doctor within minutes, X-rays were taken and we received the diagnosis. Very pleased with the experience. We have been customers since the medical center opened.
