“My precious Shipu, Molly, wasn’t eating. We took her here only to discover she was having kidney and heart issues. Medication for either would hurt the other. No real recourse other than to say goodbye. 13 wonderful years with my fur baby. The staff here are extraordinary. How they can deal with these situations on a regular basis and with such grace and compassion is amazing. I wish I could give 10+ stars. Thank you for helping us through this difficult time. “Highly recommend Dr Linda Attig and her staff at Orland Small Animal Clinic. Have been taking my cats and dogs here for some 30 years. To the one angry reviewer: If you don't ante up for the proper tests to confirm or refute a diagnosis, especially in an elderly dog or cat, then don't complain when it turns out to be something different than initially thought. Blood tests alone will NOT give you a complete picture of the situation, which can devolve VERY quickly through no fault of the vet. Been there, done that. Don't blame the vet if it's a rapidly progressing disease, which kidney failure can be. Animals can't talk and tell you the issue.”
