Two and half hours wasted today just to get an additional sim number. Also had to call their worst customer service and stay on the line for another half an hour. Not the first time this is happening. Shame on me being a Verizon customer, it just made me sick to my stomach
Best experience I have had at a cell phone store. Everyone was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the plans. I received a breakdown of my expected bill. I highly recommend coming here so far my cell service has been great. Came from T-Mobile where they never really tried to help you. Switching over was painless.
We came in Black Friday weekend, and it was busy! We had an appointment and waited a little longer than our appointment time, but we got in and the customer service was great. Leo was great, he was even late to his meal break because he was trying to get us squared away. It was busy, but we still received great service.
