I’m extremely disappointed with Verizon’s billing practices. When we signed up, we were promised that each line would cost $40, bringing our monthly total to $260 for unlimited service, including the phones and taxes. However, our actual bill has consistently been over $450, and it varies every month with no explanation.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, there’s been no transparency or clarity. It feels like we were misled during the sign-up process, and the lack of consistency in billing is incredibly frustrating. I expected better from such a reputable company. Proceed with caution if you’re considering switching to Verizon. I wish Google allows me to give 0 stars.

Extremely disappointed with the misinformation given to me by an associate at this store. I was told that I was eligible for an upgrade deal. I asked several times if I could take care of it the next day and was assured that would be possible. Lo and behold, the offer expired overnight. The manager suggested calling Support Services on my own. So why is there even a store here if I need to call myself?
Needless to say, this location is useless.

If I could put zero stars, I would. Representative allowed a trade-in for our phone, and after upgrading, found out the phone did not count for credit. It has taken us 3 months, and the problem is still not fixed and no credit for us. It will cost us $1500 for the mistake made by representative. Poorly run store. Take responsibility for your employees' mistakes. I will be happy to change this review when I get my deserved credit and you take responsibility for your mistake. I would go elsewhere for wireless phone service.

This might be the most predatory retail shop I've ever entered. If you see this please use another store. Absolute thieves and liars, and the owner/manager responding to reviews here are hollow because the reviewers are following up saying nothing was done to help remedy their situations.
This is a convenient location which is why I ended up here, but they do every trick in the book to confuse you and try to upsell you in everyway, shape, and form. I would drive an hour to not deal with them again.
The girl I worked with tried to get me to use my phone trade in credit on a smart watch when I kept repeatedly saying I don't want that, then she tried asking other ways worded differently. They do things of this nature.
This place needs to be investigated and should probably be shut down.

My cellphone screen blacked out and I went to the Orland store to see what my options would be. First let me say that I have been a loyal customer for over 28 years. There are new workers in this store who are more concerned with sales than customer service. Has the store gone from Corporate one to a franchise? I expect that from a franchise store. Three years ago there was a different atmosphere at this store. Needless to say I walked out and choose my plan B. Verizon get it together. You were always the premier wireless provider, Pleasing the client should be paramount to your business. Not pleased at all.

Was in and out pretty quickly even though they were pretty busy. I was picking up a phone I ordered. Douglas who helped me was nice and helpful.

Do not go to this store location, Hector sales associate promised me that I had a “priority upgrade” and that a trade in for the new iPhone 15 pro would be 0 charge and no new monthly fees. He went on to state that it will take a couple of days for the system to register the trade in of my original iPhone and that the priority upgrade is not showing at the time of buy but assured me it would still be 0 dollars. I signed and got the phone and he told me to call if I have any billing extras noted as they will be no extra charges. Of course months later I still see that I am paying for a little over a grand for the phone. I have tried to call the store to speak with him and it only takes you to customer service lines, and they just keep transferring you for hours. The place is a scam and they know it
won’t come back to them because there is no actual store phone line. Customer service had re assured me that they fixed the billing but two months later I still am getting charged.

People who work here are so rude! The first guy we worked with awesome and very friendly. Now all the sudden our phone bill went up by $200 a month! We went there and the lady sitting in a chair up front very rudely told me to “go home and call customer service. I’m telling you we can’t do anything here.” Customer service is giving us the run around and it’s always a problem, then trying to connect to a million different people to “help resolve the issues” She wouldn’t even sit down with me to call them! She just sat in a chair and talked down to me, gave a bad attitude, and basically told me to leave. Her coworker just sat there and watched. Don’t waste your time at this Verizon!!

I just wanted to return my IPhone 13… It’s been 2 months. I just found out from run around like an idiot that when I returned my iPhone 13( AT THIS STORE) I was suppose to get a credit of $800 for my trade-in that was suppose to go toward my iPhone 15 instead one of the ladies did something called a “force buy out” which canceled my promotion and she gave me a gift card of $201. I’ve been calling customer service and driving over to the store several times each time someone was blaming someone else. Review your promos and double check before they do anything because you might get screw $600 off your promo. Verizon check on your people.

The workers are lazy and they lied to us. We went there just to transfer a line to the new account. the guy said he cant do it and it will take 72hrs. I told him we did this before last 8 months ago and it took me only 15mins. Not even they lied to us they even ask his other employee and they he didn’t correct him. After that we went to the creswood store. they said it only took 10mins and they took care of us right away. Dont come to this store they need to train employees better.
