They accept numerous vision insurance plans and FSA funds, making it convenient for customers to get eye exams, glasses, and contacts. Customer experiences vary. One customer appreciated the staff’s assistance with insurance and found the customer service to be outstanding, especially during busy times. Lakeshia did a phenomenal job exercising her patients with my indecisive daughter. She made the experience fun for her. She was encouraging and kind. I came with a coupon but she suggested a better deal, we were able to walk away with three pairs of glasses for a reasonable price.
