At least you can bring in your equipment and be waited on quickly! Feels like you're going into a Blockbuster store! Just too expensive. Nice store, which will probably be "For Lease" soon. Good riddance. If they do stay open, I would guess it's because the 20% left are still paying so much that it keeps the lights on.

Infinity is a great place in 94th avenue in Orland Park. They really tried to help with a problem I was having. So when you get a phone that costs more than three or $400 or free then you should insure it so that you can get compensation if it goes bad on you. So they did help me anyway with problems and I think them for that

I should have never left the office till my issue was resoloved. They gave me the run around telling me my phone would port before 7pm that day and it never did and im still dealing with hell on the phone with these idiots who cant seem to port a cell phone correctly. Now i have to go back in to this office that dont know what is going on with transferring my phone number from one service to this one and now im regretting it. Why did i ever come back to comcast. Now im going almost 24 hours now with no way to call out or text. The idiots on the phone keeps saying it will take 24-72 hours for my phone to work??? This is unbelievable, now im looking for credits and everything i can since this service has been hell. Thanks alot for reminding me why i should have never came back.

There is no zero, but this will do. bear in mind that NOT ALL EMPLOYEES ARE THE SAME, IF YOU ARE LUCKY YOU GET REGI, HE is friendly and caring specially works very well with the elderly. Be glad when the fat Mexican call Priscilla/manager is not around. There appears to be some changes, finally you see black faces among the employees. Still needs to be more training in manners, as some of the remnants of prior managers still hang around, as there is no place for them out there, take the heavy set guy, that goes to work on the clothes he slept on, and is tending to those walk ins. He is usually nasty, specially with elderly people. He should be somewhere else.

Mr. Sabo was not exactly customer friendly. He treated me as though I should know how to do technical troubleshooting. These Gen X and Z employees need to know the baby boomer generation wasn't brought up in electronics. We didn't even have remote controls for our TV's. They need to upgrade their communication with customers who pay their salary. Xfinity has been very disappointing with dropped connectivity and English stations ie, CBS being changed into Spanish with no clue why.

Jon was my main rep giving me great information and helped me switch over to xfinity mobile. Oneal and Gil were the associates that helped me with the iphone activiation / answering any technical questions. Overall, great / fast service.

Pathetic. Lack of customer service, especially during problematic times. I had a rep attempt to decrease my cost and ended up canceling my landline. After contacting the tech support line and getting it added back in, my entire bill was more than before my "decrease". Went back in asking to meet with the store manager. They ended up handing me over to one of the folks on the floor. He was absolutely useless. After 25 year, it's gonna be good bye Comcast and your case of flunkies.
