This place is not massive and might not have everything you need but the people here are always simply lovely: I always call them to ask different things if their website is not conclusive and the staff, whether very young or older are always polite, respectful and checking for me their stock or reserving items to be picked up a bit later. I wish there were places like this and people like them reproduced in every single town in the world - in the UK you can only dream to have such good customer service. Well done.

I went in for some hardware for my kids rc car. I got help immediately upon walking in the door so I didn't have to search. Never got that kind of service at a big box store...happy to give ace more $ than I'd have spent on Amazon for something like this. They had what I needed.

I'm upset! I drove all the way here and arrived at 5:59 to buy something important, and an employee turned the sign on the door "CLOSED"!!!!! My car had just pulled up to the door too. They are not supposed to close until 6. He closed the store in a matter of 5 minutes time. This was not the first time this happened.

Good store with sweet and honest employees. It can be a bit slower to get out of the door here, but it's always worth the visit. Their prices also honestly tend to beat the home depot when it comes to my hardware visits, so you can't catch me complaining!
