“Waited 2 months to have work done on classic car. Have voice message asking about my oil leaks. Explained oil pan gasket leak requires engine be lifted. Whole conversation about type of engine, etc. Called 2 months later, nope, we don’t do that kind of work. Huh? I even called after first month to verify still interested after voice mail about oil leaks. Never kept my number or place in line. Can’t do work. Ugh. I have 5 cars. Guess we won’t worry about this place. I’ve been in Oswego 30 years. Enjoy the 5 stars. Not really earned.”
“Roberts Auto is my go to place. Hottest week of the year and they were able to replace the condenser for my truck in a day. I fully expected to be out a vehicle for 2 days or more. The craftsmanship is fantastic and they’re honest people that don’t sugarcoat it. Hard to beat their prices and work! Highly recommend.”

“The service at Tuffy is reliable more often than not, we have had only one minor slip up that was taken care of at no cost to ourselves and extra. Otherwise, there have been some recommendations made that seem a little excessive however, nothing unreasonable we do not feel to have been taken advantage of. We highly recommend this location, possibly others if they are similar in service quality, and pricing.”
