“I recently brought my 2024 Honda Accord to Valley Honda in Aurora for a recall service, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled. From the start, Kristina Pszotka, the Assistant Service Manager, made the process easy and stress-free. She clearly explained what the recall involved, how long it would take, and kept me updated during the service. Kristina was professional, friendly, and very straightforward — no runaround or upselling, just honest communication and great customer care. The repairs were completed on time, and my vehicle was returned in perfect condition. I’ve dealt with many service departments over the years, and Valley Honda stands out. If you need service on a Honda, ask for Kristina. She will take care of you and make sure the job gets done right.”

“I came into Midas in Naperville for a tire inspection, and John and Andrew went above and beyond to help me. They provided a quick assessment and made the whole process incredibly easy. It turned out there was a nail in my tire, causing me to slowly lose air. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the tire I needed in stock, but they were quick to recommend another place where I could get it. To make things even better, they didn’t charge me for the diagnosis! Excellent customer service, very efficient, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend Midas in Naperville for any of your tire or automotive needs!”

“Driving home, the driver's window suddenly stopped working. I parked at the first auto shop on the way and am so glad I did. From the start we got incredible service. Farnsworth auto immediately diagnosed the issue and only charged for parts and labor. In one day, my car was fixed and we finally found a mechanic we can trust! Highly recommend!”

“I went to pick up my kids from daycare and my SUV wouldn’t start. Someone from the neighborhood helped me and jumpstarted my SUV. I drove directly to Diehl Auto Repair with a 1 year old and a 3 year old in the back seats to get a new battery and the guys at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. They said it would take about 30 min so I took the kids to the gas station next door to get them some food so they would be somewhat ok for 30 min and when I walked back to the shop my SUV was ready!!! What a blessing!! I had used this shop before and I was a satisfied customer last time, but this time service was EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you for helping out a mom in distress, they will be my guys to go to whenever I may need them. Thanks again!”

“Great experience. My engine throttle body went bad on a Friday night for my jeep. I brought it in Saturday morning without an appointment. Jaime was able to take me in still and repair my car in under an hour. He also charged me $200 to $250 less than what other mechanics wanted for the job. Overall I am thankful and will be back in the future!”

“This place is actually one of the best auto shops I’ve ever been to. (And I’ve been to a lot!) They are always so nice and get the job done WELL. We had an issue with the mass air flow sensor and after they fixed it, they helped us with replacing a couple hoses with holes in them. We didn’t even know that was going on, but after they fixed it the car runs like new. Thank you Robinsons! You have gained a loyal customer.”

“This man is God-like when it comes to these cars!!! Where do I begin…I have a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, engine blew a few years ago, installed a new, gentle used motor from a shop that will remain nameless. Couldn’t passed emissions after engine install. Took it to Millenium and corrected the issue and passed the emissions test for me. A couple weeks later started to have engine problems(from engine install). I took it back to Millenium because he was the only mechanic I trusted at this point. After several months of him and me having patience, communication, understanding and a mutual respect for one each other as a working family man…HE GOT THE JOB DONE AGAIN!!! He’s the best mechanic in Aurora, IL and maybe even the world, Craig!!! Thank you so much for repairing my truck, bro. You’ve got my business for now and forever. Thanks again”

“The best and only care care shop that I would recommend for everyone! Marcus has always been there for all my auto needs. He is honest and fair and has provided a lot of comprehensive services for my German vehicles. Recently, I had an issue out of town and the local shop could not determine the problem. So I transported my car 150miles to Sterling for the proper diagnosis and repair. No distance is to be too far for a honest dependable service. Thanks.”

“Someone broke my window, so my wife took the car to get a new one, but the person who repaired didn't vacuum the broken glasses, causing the window lift to break and the window wouldn't go up anymore. I was in Aurora this weekend, so I stopped by this store, and they explained the dirty tricks those people had done. I asked them to fix it, and they did a great job here, quickly, and at a very good price. Highly recommended.”

“I’ve loved coming to this mechanic for the last 4 years. It’s great having a mechanic that’s essentially a part of the neighborhood. I’ve heard that the city has been resistant to another mechanic shop opening at this location at some point I the future (whenever Boys is passed to another keeper at some point). If that ends up being the case I’ll be quite upset with the city.”
