I don't think ethnicity had anything to do with it, But a lack of Management Supervising and Training!! No Customer Service Etiquette, but slowly learning now.

I have used Byline Bank for over a decade (including under its previous names). This is fourth different branch I chosen to use, having moved to the area in 2019. They have been very friendly, helpful, and professional.
