I am on disability and have had a difficult time to transfer funds from my disability account into my old second account and Cindy showed me what to do and even helped me with the documentation needed to transfer funds and explain the language used in the terms of service. I was treated fair with genuine care by Cindy so I wanted to make sure Cindy's professionalism and sincerity was noted.”

“A couple of weeks ago I was at the register buying groceries and my card was declined. When I stepped aside to call the 800 number on the back of my card the call 'could not be completed as dialed.' I called several time and the call never went through. So I started to instant message a representative from my 5/3 banking app. The representative forwarded me to number where I could call to the fraud department. From there the lady I spoke to told me that my card does not exist and that there was nothing she could do. At this point I was furious. How can my card not exist? I was literally on the phone with her while holding onto my credit card. She told me to call my bank and figure it out and then hung up on me. But here is where things turned around for the better: When I called my local Oswego branch, Adela calmed me down, and more importantly, she took the long time to listen to me. Believe me, I had a lot to say. I was livid. Adela then put me on a 3 way call with the fraud department and found that my card was compromised. She was able to get a new card sent to me that was delivered to my house in less that 24 hours. What a turn around. I took the time to write this review because I truly appreciated the support that Adela gave me at a time when I was so upset. Thanks again.”

“Bill and Lisa at this location are super helpful. You may have to wait to speak with them since they are frequently requested. That tends to happen when you are starved for good customer service and you want to only deal with good people! Would NOT suggest their mortgage services. Extremely poor communication from broker on items needed, items not followed up on, and the process is made unnecessarily difficult and long. Was able to secure a mortgage with another company with the same "discounts" they tell you get by being a customer in half the time. (hence the 4 rating) That being said Bill and Lisa are the reason we stay for our other accounts. They have always be very helpful for our needs and are absolutely 5 star!”
