My first experience was the Spirit Forge pre–Riftbound event. My stepson and I have played MTG for years, but we hadn’t been able to get into Riftbound due to scarcity and high prices elsewhere. TGS welcomed us in, taught us the basics, and made us feel completely at home.

Coming from Magic, I was intimidated and struggling to build my deck as time was running out. Other players immediately jumped in to help and made sure I was ready to play. That moment was unforgettable—and it only happens because of the culture this store creates.

“This location is so nice! Very clean. Some of the shelves are a bit empty but I think it's because of the post-holiday clearance going on. Best part of my visit was the employee Eva, she was very friendly and welcoming right from the start, eager to help me find what I needed and even walked with me to show me. And she gets around the store too because I saw her again a bit later when I had more questions and she was very helpful. I just love it when I see people who genuinely enjoy their work amd take pride in giving excellent customer service. Eva deserves a raise or something! I promise I do not know this person (lol) but was really impressed and delighted by my shopping experience.”
