“I recently came in, and witnessed two employees being berated by a woman. I just want to say that the professionalism and patience exhibited by both women was amazing. If it had been me, I wouldn’t have been able to keep my cool being spoken to the way they were. It takes a lot to keep a level head when someone is speaking to you like you are beneath them. I was honestly appalled with the way they were being treated. People - do better!!

“Looks like any other UPS stores conveniently located close to major street. Staff very pleasant to deal with and I must have come during slow times (10am) I was the only person there. Now for some negative, during peak hours parking probably is nightmare as there are some busy businesses around so not ideal for quick in and out experience. Probably best to come here morning hours.”
