“Ok so I have a friend that is not tech savy that went to the Batavia store to get help uploading a picture to print. The manager that was there was vey condescending and rude so my friend left ( o stars for them). So I offered to help and I took her to the Oswego Il location where they always take care of my needs. The Manager Rivina was there to help, she went above and beyond to help my friend out. My friend got her printing done and purchase a frame as well. This is an example of how customer service is done!!!!! Amazing lady that should be acknowledged for what she does. Super patient, friendly and professional. This will be my friends store from now on.......hats off to Rivina!!!!!!”
