This U.S. bank is the worst ever. They are super slow and they don’t care. I was in line for 30 minutes and the banker took like 30 minutes.

Megann Howell, from the Oswego branch, who filled in at the Lockport branch last week was a pleasure to work with! She was very nice, answered all of our questions and recommended some great suggestions regarding our US Bank accounts. You can count on her for your banking needs!

Very bad customer support. Very upsetting, Manager Jose's demeanor was like we were doing something wrong, or illegal and spoke to us like he was annoyed or something. Well this is brand new to us and we were looking for support from our bank. We are dealing with a fiduciary account and I guess Jose didn't want to deal with us. He was supposed to get back to us on a Monday (we visited on Saturday) and 3 weeks later he has still yet to call us. We went out of our way to Aurora (we live in Oswego) to work with Eric once again who is fantastic!

In allhonesty- I didn’t even want to give this location one star, but had to to write this review. HORRIBLE SERVICE. The employees that work here are the RUDEST people I have ever met.

Previous Managers to New Managers has done this branch justice! My parents have set up accounts to protect and secure assets. I am extremely impressed with service our family has received! All associates are friendly and customer service is top notch.

Worst branch ever. The branch manager Eric has horrible Customer service. He does not care to help customers especially people being affected by covid-19. Would not recommend this bank.

Rude tellers as well as brach manager. The level of incompetency and lack of professionalism is outrageous.

This branch has been horrible to work with, tellers are very friendly and caring but previous manager pushed my limits multiple times by mistakes such as depositing my US Bank cash as external back checks and holding funds that should have been deposited as cash for 3 or more days and rude behavior. We have been with USB for well over 15 years and platinum customer since 2012. Between my family accounts and business accounts it was too much hassle for me to move it somewhere else, so I kept them over there. One day I got a call from corporate requesting my feedback on the branch and I laid it out, they promised they will fix it and get back to me in 1 week, I never heard back. At that point my large deposits started getting held for 7 business days without any explanation and that was the last straw, I slowly but surely moved all my business to other banks and branches of US Bank and have minimal interaction with this branch now. I would recommend West Suburban or 53rd bank in Oswego instead of Us bank.

I see this location already has one star lol. However, I wish I can give 0 stars. This location is a joke. The so called “manager†Jose Ventura is a joke for sure. He does not know anything. I've had US Bank for years when it was Charter One. I don't need him telling me that I cannot get MY money out of bank when it says available. Cash is cash. If you deposit cash and there are no debits pending that are greater, then I should be able to get cash. He's wasted more of my time which is worth more than his useless $12 / hour sad excuse of a manager. This location has had more managers than incoming money. I will be closing this account on Monday! The stupidity level of people in today's society is incredibly high!
