The service is deteriorating due to throttling like slow downs at the chicago server that makes the advertising of reliable internet not true. When will they learn throttling your customers isn't good

can not express how disappointed I am with this company's service, it's so bad, i hope no one else has to suffer like me now

Internet went from 83 to 134 when new customers get it for 53.99..this what you get for a being a loyal customer for 7 years just because of the speeds..I will be switching it to something else
