Things add up quickly. $750 quote for axle replacement ended up being $930 because additional parts were needed. But that was understandable. They also pointed out to me that my brakes were not working. I was not aware of that,”

“Had some areas of rust repaired toward the front of the car on a 2000 Grand Marquis by MAACO in Palatine, Illinois, on August 2025 and MAACO did an excellent repair and paint. Had to bring the car back to MAACO in May 2026 after another driver broadsided the Grand Marquis in the passenger doors. After each repair the car looks to be in excellent condition. Rolando and Al and their team provided excellent service on both occasions at a reasonable cost. Definitely recommend their shop for such services.”

“Fortunately when I called for a part for my 16969 AMX, Jen answered. She sounded like she knew what she was talking about. I stopped to seer her and got referred to a rebuilder in Bedford Park. Now have a rebuilt steering gear and I'm going back to order new power steering hoses from this NAPA because of Jen's knowledge and experience.”
“I had a problem with my 2014 Jeep Cherokee with push button start. Every couple months had to get a jump start. I came here and talked with John about my problem. He told me that there is two kinds of batteries, flood and agm. Because I have push button start I should an agm battery. I found out I had a flood battery. I exchanged the battery. Thank you John.”
“Despite several bad reviews, I received very good service. I took my vehicle to have all four tires replaced (Lexani brand). The service was done with great care and attention by technicians Norlan and Richard. Considering the cost/benefit ratio, I believe I made an excellent choice. The car is completely different with new tires. It's a shame they don't do wheel alignment.”
