Things add up quickly. $750 quote for axle replacement ended up being $930 because additional parts were needed. But that was understandable. They also pointed out to me that my brakes were not working. I was not aware of that,”

“I took my vehicle to a number of shops after an accident, as the at-fault party was considering paying out of pocket. This was the only shop that offered the option of a paintless dent repair—markedly less than the estimate from other shops.
While the at-fault party decided to go through insurance, the shop handled getting it fixed and completed the repair two days earlier than estimated. The repair is invisible, even viewed from different angles.
BONUS: while I had brought someone with me to go to the rental place, they preemptively asked if I'd like a ride.”

He was one of the most patient people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was able to answer every question we had and walked us through every step of the way. The service was done with great care and attention by technicians Norlan and Richard. Considering the cost/benefit ratio, I believe I made an excellent choice. The car is completely different with new tires. It's a shame they don't do wheel alignment.”
