“Assistant Manager Jasper is excellent. I was having a complicated issue activating a new phone under my business account. The online Verizon resources hadn't worked and in desperation I went to the store on a busy Saturday with no appointment. Jasper was all over it and dedicated at least 30 minutes to my problem, going to great lengths to fix it and get my phone running right. It was a great experience. Thank you Jasper!”
“I hate dealing with phones, but Joey made the experience smoothe and was tremendously helpful. I ended up coming back to him after a year because I remembered how he went out of his way to pick up a Gizmo watch from another store for my son. This time, he again went out of his way to try to deal with customer service for us so we could save money. I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else.”

The manager explained the products, features in detail; answered every question clearly; I had problem with activating stand-alone watch line and the manager stayed with us 45 minutes after the store closing hour to fix the issue.”

“Great people to work and do business with. We have been customers of Xclutel for awhile, but with remote work growing, we wanted to take our business to the next level. Microsoft teams was not very compatible with our system, but the new web based phone system that Xclutel offers is fantastic. Bill and Paul gave me an excellent demo that really made the final decision about giving it a go. It is a little more money monthly, but nothing compares to being able to take our call center phone calls from practically anywhere in the world. So with that being said, it is paying for itself with the advanced options we were given. We have one remote worker and a very small call center- and now our remote worker can easily take calls right along with the in office girls with such ease! This has taken our business to the next level and is just what we needed for all the technology/remote changes that are happening in today's workplace. Sending Paul a big thanks for facilitating this in our business and helping to keep us up to date with today's advances in technology! I had a refurbished phone and it wasnt reading my sim card correctly for over a week that i got put in it a previous time because I lost my original phone out of state. David offered phones in store and directed us to one in another store that worked better for me and my needs and put the sim card in and its worked perfectly since. “This review is specifically for Yania N at the T Mobile store in the Woodfield mall in Schaumburg Il. I ordered a new Samsung phone on T-Mobile online to replace my 8 year old Samsung phone and decided I needed some help setting up the new phone. She greeted us warmly when we arrived, introduced herself, and took great care of us. There were a few glitches setting up the new phone, but she quickly figured out a way to complete the transfer. I would have spent many hours on this, but she did it quickly and expertly. She politely asked a few questions about our internet coverage and gave us some great information on their wireless internet service - no pressure just information.
I observed great customer service from all T-Mobile employees at this location for about 40 minutes as we waited for the data to be transferred from my old phone to the new phone. We will always come to this location when we need help from T-Mobile and I hope to see Yania next time too...”

“Chris is Amazing! Nothing better then walking into a sales establishment and your bill is exactly what it's supposed to be with everything explained with full clarity which is rare nowadays. My elderly parents stopped in and worked with Chris and he treated them like gold. From the moment we walked in, she was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a complicated switch incredibly easy.
What impressed us the most was her dedication. She actually stayed past closing to make sure our transfer was completed and that we left with everything working properly. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days and did not go unnoticed.

I went to this store for questions regarding my bill and wanting savings, Chris gave me details on how I could get the most out of my plan that I was changed to, helping me maximize my dollar! He smelled amazing and expensive. I'm not sure what the abusive reviews are from Demi and her obvious family but there seems like an ulterior motive based on the patterns I'm seeing. “Alex orchestrated a fantastic phone-buying experience! My wife and I were switching from T-mobile and getting two new iPhone 17 pros and an Apple Watch SE with phone plan. T-Mobile told me our plan was no longer going to be available and was raising our monthly rate by $12 a month.
Alex was knowledgeable and was able to guide us on the best phone purchase for our family. He then scoured all of his resources and was able to find several discount for us. Long story short, our new plan with Xfinity costs about the same as our old T-Mobile plan but with brand new phones and an added line.
Also Alex was able to give us a discount on our Xfinity internet. Alex went the extra mile on his helpfulness, he didn’t try to oversell us, and he was transparent during the whole sale.
