“Assistant Manager Jasper is excellent. I was having a complicated issue activating a new phone under my business account. The online Verizon resources hadn't worked and in desperation I went to the store on a busy Saturday with no appointment. Jasper was all over it and dedicated at least 30 minutes to my problem, going to great lengths to fix it and get my phone running right. It was a great experience. Thank you Jasper!”
“I hate dealing with phones, but Joey made the experience smoothe and was tremendously helpful. I ended up coming back to him after a year because I remembered how he went out of his way to pick up a Gizmo watch from another store for my son. This time, he again went out of his way to try to deal with customer service for us so we could save money. I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else.”
“I came in to this location because wanted to upgrade my phone from a 15 to the new 17 Pro Max and Joey helped me a lot with getting this done. We also were able to upgrade our WiFi and save! I was able to get a good deal for this upgrade and Joey was patient and answered all the questions I have. I definitely recommend this location and working with Joey. He was great and very nice!”

“Great people to work and do business with. We have been customers of Xclutel for awhile, but with remote work growing, we wanted to take our business to the next level. Microsoft teams was not very compatible with our system, but the new web based phone system that Xclutel offers is fantastic. Bill and Paul gave me an excellent demo that really made the final decision about giving it a go. It is a little more money monthly, but nothing compares to being able to take our call center phone calls from practically anywhere in the world. So with that being said, it is paying for itself with the advanced options we were given. We have one remote worker and a very small call center- and now our remote worker can easily take calls right along with the in office girls with such ease! This has taken our business to the next level and is just what we needed for all the technology/remote changes that are happening in today's workplace. Sending Paul a big thanks for facilitating this in our business and helping to keep us up to date with today's advances in technology! Luis spent an incredible amount of time helping me through a setup that was anything but simple. I had to come in many times due to the complexity and strict requirements, and every single visit Luis was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. He never rushed me, always explained things clearly, and genuinely cared about getting everything done the right way.
Sig was also friendly and supportive, and Luis truly went above and beyond. This is honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had, not just with T-Mobile but anywhere. “Chris is Amazing! Nothing better then walking into a sales establishment and your bill is exactly what it's supposed to be with everything explained with full clarity which is rare nowadays. My elderly parents stopped in and worked with Chris and he treated them like gold. Did everything for them and gave them all the time and attention and elderly person needs with excellent attention to detail and transparency which is refreshing. “I walked in, spoke to Erwin and he was amazing! he told me everything I need to know about what I was getting and every promotion I needed to know for the current time, the guy is a chad.
Please, give this man something for his hard work because he earns it with his vibe! I'm hard at hearing and he was not even phased like other people when they work this type of job, Erwin is the only Xfinity pro I'm willing to talk to.
