“Great people to work and do business with. We have been customers of Xclutel for awhile, but with remote work growing, we wanted to take our business to the next level. Microsoft teams was not very compatible with our system, but the new web based phone system that Xclutel offers is fantastic. Bill and Paul gave me an excellent demo that really made the final decision about giving it a go. It is a little more money monthly, but nothing compares to being able to take our call center phone calls from practically anywhere in the world. So with that being said, it is paying for itself with the advanced options we were given. We have one remote worker and a very small call center- and now our remote worker can easily take calls right along with the in office girls with such ease! This has taken our business to the next level and is just what we needed for all the technology/remote changes that are happening in today's workplace. Sending Paul a big thanks for facilitating this in our business and helping to keep us up to date with today's advances in technology! “I was dreading my visit to the local cable provider. Going on behalf of my elderly parents was a must. The logical choice of having comcast representative do it wasnt an option. Swapping a new cable box, teaching the remote control operations to a partially deaf and blind Irishman with a thick Brougue wasnt in the job description when the 22 year old kid got his $19hr job in Schaumburg Illinois. Anyway I got there early and I was #5 in the queue, waited 20 minutes among a dozen elderly folk. Was helped by a competent male and out the door in a half hour in total. Thanks Comcast for not bleeding me anymore than ya already have?”

“I was in yesterday to activate the new phone that I ordered through myverizon app. For some reason the phone was looking like non pay in their system. It took us 1.5 hours with Verizon 1-800# then fraud department. The lady whose name is ISA or Issa (Fraud department) who refused to give me her employee number or the last name was determined not to help even though I ordered the phone from them and obviously there was a mistake somewhere, someone from the company made. They treated this as a fraud case without telling me or other verizon staff in the shop what the reason was.Luckily Max and the location manager Cesar helped me solve the problem by exchanging the phone. I can’t thank them enough.”
