“From the moment we walked in we already knew we were going to have a better time at this store after being lied to at Golf and Basswood - upon walking in Osvaldo and Ada came up to us with a smile! Driving 5 minutes from our home was extremely convenient versus going to see our connections at T-Mobile over an hour away. My fiancé and I were previous T-Mobile employees of 5 years so we are well aware of the sales tactics that are used but never at this location were we pressured into purchasing anything additional. After thoroughly explaining the promotions, we all agreed upon what we wanted to purchase. The entire time we spent there (1.5) hours was filled with laughter as we reminisced on the “old days” of T-Mobile with all of the employees in the store. To the manager Young, keep doing what you’re doing with your team - they’re great. 1251 E Higgins Rd, Schaumburg“I was in yesterday to activate the new phone that I ordered through myverizon app. For some reason the phone was looking like non pay in their system. It took us 1.5 hours with Verizon 1-800# then fraud department. The lady whose name is ISA or Issa (Fraud department) who refused to give me her employee number or the last name was determined not to help even though I ordered the phone from them and obviously there was a mistake somewhere, someone from the company made. They treated this as a fraud case without telling me or other verizon staff in the shop what the reason was.Luckily Max and the location manager Cesar helped me solve the problem by exchanging the phone. I can’t thank them enough.”
“Don’t remember when was the last time I walked inside a Tmobile store, but leaving from this one was one of the best experiences by far, thank you Laurell and Adam for the amazing hospitality and problem solving! I think I spend more time there talking and vibing than resolving my problem ?. Definitely need more go getters like them.”

Latest comments was from a person that said they used to be T-Mobile employees and their friend works at a T-Mobile, complained about not buying anything and store not selling phone, meanwhile they have a friend that sent them to this store. Why didn't their friend help them? Probably because of the same reason they are complaining about. The other negative review was because the store was following policy, and asked for valid ID.Yet they go to different stores that doesn't follow policy and they are ok with it? These people are ridiculous. Store employees are awesome! If you are not planning on buying anything or get annoyed because employees are trying to do their job, just shop online, easy as that.”
“I just went to see what they have to offer as a new customer and the person who assisted me was very nice, I can't remember his name, he was Latino, I switched from being a 20 plus years Tmobile customer to xfinity, I hope I don't regret it later, so far so good!”
