Microsoft teams was not very compatible with our system, but the new web based phone system that Xclutel offers is fantastic. Bill and Paul gave me an excellent demo that really made the final decision about giving it a go. It is a little more money monthly, but nothing compares to being able to take our call center phone calls from practically anywhere in the world. So with that being said, it is paying for itself with the advanced options we were given. We have one remote worker and a very small call center- and now our remote worker can easily take calls right along with the in office girls with such ease!
