“Her name is Tiffany, but I’m not sure if she’s assigned to this specific location. If she is, Tiffany truly went above and beyond to help us with a package we were having trouble with. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting everything sorted out. What could have been a frustrating situation turned into a smooth, stress-free experience because of her help. The service was fantastic overall, and this location clearly values great customer care.”

“The UPS Store #7555 in Vernon Hills, Illinois, is my go to for all of my shipping, printing, invitation and thank you card design needs! Hemant (the owner) and his team provide top notch and friendly customer service, putting your mind at ease knowing that your packages will arrive safely and on time to their destination. His custom printing service is wonderful and I have worked with him on many designs for several parties thrown by my family. The moment you walk into the store, you’re greeted with a friendly smile and conversation. Hemant always asks about my family and our dog, and if everything is going well for us. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back time and time again. I do not like going to the US Postal Service for anything due to major mishaps, theft, and mishandling of my packages. Hemant and his UPS Store in Vernon Hills is the only place I trust for my shipping and printing needs. I cannot recommend the UPS Store in Vernon Hills enough to people in our area. Thank you for all of your wonderful service over these years!”

“Been to this location multiple times. Everyone here is polite and friendly. Hadn't at length conversation with an employee who had his own Ford dealership. I've had things printed here, laminated here and shipped from here all without issue. But I come back again because of the great customer service!”

“This UPS location is wonderful. I came in to ship a large, heavy package from a 3rd party seller through Amazon and did not have the correct label. Maha at this location was incredibly helpful to me. She guided me step by step on how to contact Amazon, initiate the proper return label from the 3rd party and what steps to take next. Maha turned a stressful experience into a positive one and was more than helpful.”

3 Golf Center, Hoffman Estates IL 60169
“The personal and courteous service provided by all personnel, especially the manager (Raj, who always greet me by my first name and a smile), makes every visit to this store a joy as I know I will always receive GREAT SERVICE! Other businesses providing customer services to consumers can learn a lot from this store practice of how to provide customer service. It's one way to ensure return customers, even if it requires etra effort!”

1153 Lee St, Des Plaines IL 60016
“My mother in law and father in law went into UPS Wednesday, I was suppose to go with them because they were nervous that no one would understand what they needed, there English is very broken. Unfortunately I couldn’t go with them due to having a sick baby! I said if you need me just call me and I’ll try helping, they needed to get a notary to sign there mortgage papers for a modification and it had to be sent over night and get there before Friday. When they got back I asked if everything went okay, because they got back home pretty quickly. They said a bilingual lady was helping them and broke it down when the office would receive there mortgage papers, how over night shipping works. The stress was gone right when they stepped in and spoke to her, I asked for her name but they don’t remember. It was at the UPS in Des Plaines on Lee St. knowing they didn’t struggle to send something over important and urgent made me really happy.”

“Isaiah was exceptional! When I stopped in, there were a bunch of people in line and only one person behind the counter. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently Isaiah supported people’s different needs, with professionalism and kindness, while clearly hustling to help get through the line quickly. He was knowledgeable and helpful, keeping his cool despite the constant chime of new customers. Extraordinary!”

“I was bringing 17 pounds of papers to shred in my annual clean-out. As soon as I brought one bag in, the man behind the counter saw me with a cane and told me he would go get the other one. Then he assured me that the next time I might have something in my car difficult for me to handle, to just come in the store and ask for someone to get it out of my car. THAT'S customer service!”
