Geimar, our Mperial property manager for our HOA, has been great to work with on several requests from our board for approvals. He is responsive to requested information in a timely manner.

Giemar Capul is very Friendly, Professional, nice and gets the job done. He listens, He asks what I need done at my home and I send him the few requests and he works on getting the job done. I asked for a light and he is on it.
